Love Jimmy John’s but don’t love this location. Last order took over an hr to deliver my food. I didn’t receive my order until after my lunch break. Called the location and they were no help. When I called, the lady said the delivery driver had a whole bunch of orders. I understand sometimes they will get delayed but never even got an apology from both her or the driver. Instead, the driver blamed me because he couldn’t find the location. HE’s DELIVERED TO US ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS PRIOR!!! I have been getting the same delivery guy lately and he is very rude. The younger driver that used to deliver was super sweet but he hasn’t delivered lately. The rude driver is an older man and will just drop my order on the lobby chairs where people constantly sit their butts on and just walk out.This will be the last time I order from them.

Staff is super friendly and upbeat, the food is so fresh. Jimmy Johns is my favorite sandwich spot and this is my favorite location. Restaurant is clean and the service really is freaky fast. It's also located in a super convenient area so I'm within the delivery range while I'm at work. No order minimum makes this a frequent choice for lunch. Highly recommend everyone checking it out!

DO NOT GO HERE! My husband and I ordered Sunday, and after an hour he called the shop to find out where our food was. The “manager” yelled “WHAT DO YOU EXPECT I ONLY HAVE ONE DRIVER”. I don’t know dude I guess I expected to order from a place that supposedly says it’s freaky fast when it should say “freaky rude and freaky slow”. So we told the guy we wanted to cancel our order, and he said “fine” and hung up. BUT THEN, when my husband called back to ask first if they’d gotten disconnected and then to find out if our order had actually been refunded the manager told him that he didn’t care about any of this, he wasn’t paid enough to care about any of this, and that if my husband really wanted to say something he should come down there and say it to his face. I’ve cleaned it up for google because he was actually cussing the entire time. I don’t think “Aaron the manager” actually gave us his real name, and I don’t think he was a manager. Since I’m FAR from the only review saying they were rude and never gave them what they paid for; you should stay far away from Jimmy Johns. We did complain to corporate, who’s response was “Yikes! Sorry your sandwich took so long! Each jimmy Johns is individually owned so there’s not much we can do about it”. Cool. I’ll tell literally EVERYONE I KNOW, and on google everyone I don’t know that they should avoid this place like the plague, and they should take this literally because I’ve gotten sick at this location twice. I hate when my husband orders here in general but this situation was too outrageous to be silent about.

This place has very good sandwiches,, but when you call and make an order, they sometimes will give you excuses and a story of why your order will be late like a driver didn't show up, someone called in, there's only one car... Customers don't want to hear excuses. Also delivery driver had a very hard time following simple instructions. Other than that, great service.
