Whataburger

No 6 , a new goto for my friend. Heading back to the office after a job walk and then I heard PULL ON IN TO Whataburger. Naturally I accommodated my friends request. 5 stars from my associate. Thank you for always being consistent. Drive through was wrapped and the wait was minimal. Paid for the 6 , correct change given. Received the Dr pepper and was asked politely to pull up so a team member could run the 6 out. 7 minutes from order to departure. Very nice. I'll swing by for that 6 soon. Thanks y'all

Ordered online, when the food was delivered, it was missing a whole meal. The Manager couldn't do anything to refund or get the rest of the meal sent to me. I was told I had to pick up a missing meal that was not DELIVERED. The point of it being delivered was that I was not able to pick it up. They have no customer service experience. They have no idea to handle any situations. Completely useless. Learn to read a ticket and match the food the kitchen puts out to the ticket. Don't forget condiments and napkins. A spoon if they order a milkshake. Never ordering from this place again. Hire better employees.

One of the worst Whataburger's I've visited. I gave them the benefit of doubt that it was just an off day the last visit. Not to be. I waited 15 minutes before I could not wait no more. It was a busy place, but I stood in line just like everyone else. Every meal before and after me just kept getting to tables without my meal. I asked for a refund, with just a simple sorry, from what I believe is the manager. Told him, that this was the second time, and his response was that they were busy. I explained to him that I was part of his, "busy", spending money there as well. I was even short changed on my refund. Pathetic in my eyes if you ask me. Not to mention all the people coming in for curbside, because no one was attending any of those orders.

I know this Whataburger has definitely been better before, but lately it has been so awful. Takes forever to pay and receive food. Today, I was clear with my order and asked for the combo meals, was even prompted by the person at drive thru to give drink orders. I pull up to the window and drinks (including mine) are all messy, not wiped. My drinks were not labeled. I was given a small bag with just the burgers. I was confused as to why I wasn’t given fries and the order receipt didn’t even show the combos. Just burgers and drinks. Burgers were also not correct either. As I said before, this Whataburger used to be really great, but it’s become disappointing.

I don't even know where to begin with this place. This is the second time that I've been there and they get my order wrong and the forget part of my order. The employees there are little absent minded kids, that couldn't care less that they give poor service. They're there to collect a paycheck. This is the closest Whataburger to me, but I'm going to start driving an extra 3 miles out of my way. Just so I can have my order made correctly. This location needs to be shut down and everyone get re trained, including management! By most reviews on here, it seems that there's a trend here. FIX IT, OR CLOSE!!

I don’t remember ever waiting this long in a drive through for fast food; waited over 20 mins in the drive thru at 11:30PM. They have the orders all out of sort and are finishing orders for cars behind the front cars so when you get your order you have to wait another 5 mins before you can leave because the car in front of you hasn’t got their order. The outside lane was processing cars 2X faster so maybe that’s where I messed up. The cashier was friendly and food was good enough. Whataburger has lost some momentum in my opinion. Total of 3 stars when it used to be a guaranteed 5 stars.
