Wholesome Eating

I love this place!! I haven't ever had anything that wasn't absolutely delicious and I am so happy to have this great healthy alternative in the Stone Oak area. I cut out gluten from my diet last year and finally decided one day to see what this place was all about. So glad I did!! I go at least twice a week! Friends, please don't let this gem go as so many other stores/restaurants have in Stone Oak - stop by and try it out. Even my gluten loving co-workers love the food from here.

The owner of this restaurant was amazingly sweet and very knowledgeable on what I could eat since I have several food sensitivities. The cookies I bought were yummy!! They were keto and had a minimal amount of ingredients, which is a GOOD thing. The chicken salad sandwich was soooooo delicious! I literally ate the sandwich on my way home while my hubby drove!! Words can’t describe how grateful I am to our Lord Jesus for bringing me to this location. I pray blessings over the owner and the business.

First time there this afternoon, the owner was really nice, very helpful, and sincerely concerned with my food allergies. She gave great recommendations and informed me of all the ingredients in each items plus told me what I would be able to eat because of my food allergies. The dairy free Cupcakes were DELICIOUS!!! The Chicken Tamales were really tasty (note they aren't Tex-Mex (I think because they're Gluten Free but they're really tasty for sure and one is very filling!) but my favorite thing I ate was their Gluten Free, Dairy Free Cinnamon Rolls... YUM really delicious and craveable!!!

What an awesome find! We were looking for options on our keto diet, and we're so thankful to have found this place. We were amazed how good the food was! We had the pizza, tamales, keto chocolate chip bread, lasagna, and pumpkin spice muffin... and they were all delicious! Then, just yesterday, we picked up the keto German chocolate birthday cake that we ordered, and WOW, it was superb! Better than just about any cake we've had from any bakery. It was hard to believe that such a treat still fit in the guidelines of the keto diet we are all on. I absolutely recommend this place and we'll most certainly be repeat costumers. And, to top it off, the owner and chef, Oyin, is super nice and such a sweetheart in addition to being such a masterful cook that makes these tasty foods that are so healthy for us.

Today was the first time that I had the opportunity to stop in at this keto friendly place. Being from Arizona and here for work, I was looking for somewhere that made keto friendly food. After a 30 mile morning ride I was starving! When I went in I ordered a fat head deluxe pizza, keto cheesecake, and a iced coffee. Let me just say ..... Amazing! The cheesecake was seriously legit and besides a difference in crust texture, you would never guess it was keto. This dessert did not make it home as I devoured it during the ride. The pizza was my first time trying a store bought fat head and it blew me away. It was awesome to be able to eat it like pizza and not with a fork and knife. This pizza really satisfied the cravings of pizza and it was perfectly cooked. The lady working whose I believe is also the owner, was very friendly and welcoming. It was nice to chat for a few about keto while I waited for my pizza to be done. Overall, I'll be back without a doubt!!!!

This place is such a life saver, it makes my Keto diet so much easier. The Cupcakes, Cheesecake, And Cookies are so delicious. My favorite is the Cinnamon Rolls though. They don’t taste exactly like regular Cinnamon Rolls but they’re still a wonderful alternative. Their Sandwich Bread is delightful, unlike most Keto Breads this one isn’t foamy and it taste like regular bread to me. The burger buns are magnificent too and hold their shape unlike most gluten free, Keto breads. I recommend this place to everyone having trouble transitioning because their sweet tooth.
