I had an emergency needing to go to the restroom and I begged them to use the rr and they didn’t let me and it was 7 pm you can guess what happened next 💩🚽

We needed gas and a bathroom. It was 8 in the evening. The bathrooms were locked for the night. We left without buying anything and went a few blocks to a Valero that actually cares about their customers and got to use a bathroom and make our gas purchase. Clerk couldn't even be bothered to turn around and face us or apologize for the inconvenience. Too many other gas stations around to come back to this one. Not service-minded at all.

You are closing down the restrooms for public use from 8pm to 7am. Why? You are still selling food, snacks and clients need to wash their hands before consuming your products. I don't recommend this location! This is a foodborne illness awaiting to happen! I'm reporting to San Antonio Health/Food Inspectors.
