Taco Bell

I went through the drive thru for lunch today and ordered a black bean Crunchwrap Supreme with no cheese and no sour cream. It being a black bean one this means there is no meat in it as I am a vegan and don't eat meat or dairy products. The person over the loudspeaker confirmed my order with me correctly and then I proceeded to the window. Another team member confirmed my order with me twice I guess because they were so distracted because it was so busy. However I made sure to confirm with them that I ordered black bean Crunchwrap Surpremes with no cheese and no sour cream. However when I got home and bit into the Crunchwrap it was filled with beef!?! I checked the other one as I ordered two and sure enough it also and beef. This is highly disgusting as I do not eat meat and my order being checked multiple times should have ensured that I received the correct items! On top of being charged for items I didn't order, I now don't even have lunch to eat. I'm so disgusted I won't be returning here again. It's such a shame because this location is also a KFC and I've had nothing but good experiences ordering from them! Oh and I called them to get a refund and tell them about my order but they don't answer, it just rings and rings.

I hate it here. The only reason I come is because my family wants the food. The employees inside will see you standing at the counter and will continue to make food. Once you order it takes forever to get your food. There always appear to be 3 people working there with a long line of cars especially on the weekends. The restroom is just pure filthy. The toilet needs to be cleaned and there was used tissue on the floor.

This is by far the worse Taco Bell ever. We asked the girl at the window if we could have some sauce and she replied "we don't have any" we waited until someone else came back and asked for a refund because they didn't have any sauce. The same female came back with a hand full of hot sauce but she lied the first time and said that there wasn't any. Pure laziness.
