My order had not been made when I got in to pick it up. The manager was so nice, apologized and made me a free dessert. The staff at this location is always friendly and efficient. Or pizza and garlic parmigiana bread sticks are always made to perfection!!

A couple of years ago we stopped using our local Papa Johns after a series of almost unedible orders.
We have recently returned and can honestly say not only has the quality improved substantially but our order tonight was the best take-away pizza I have ever had.

Wanted to give a shout out to the delivery man we had tonight. Parliment street, Solara Apts.
We have a sign on our door that my GF has several autoimmune problems and is high risk, "so please knock for deliveries and leave them".
He did,and when I opened the door, he was standing well away from the doorway, with the pizza box on the bag. Not the floor.
He was wearing gloves and a mask, and was waiting for me, so he could make sure it was delivered.
After being in the service industry for 20+ years, seeing customer service deserves to be recognized. It was few and far between in my days of chain restaurants.

I love Papa John's so I had to try this new Shaq-a Roni lol I love the drawing here especially of the garlic sauce LOL. I love the Hawaiian with Alfredo sauce, the shaq-a-roni wasn't too great bc there wasn't enough sauce or cheese but Papa John's stay fresh😅 also my driver was very nice he maintained a distance while delivering the pizza

All ways a good experience. I order on line and pick-up. It's ready when they say it will be. Best pizza around. I notice most people with low stars have no picture ? Makes me wonder.

Best ingredients, best pizza! I've never had a bad experience with Papa John's, and this store hasn't been any different. They are my go-to guys for pizza; I order about twice a month and always turn out satisfied.
