Awesome shakes that are made really quick and a friendly staff. I also had a waffle and muffin. I have come here several times and have always been treated like their best customer.

For her birthday, I bought my daughter two massages for this place. The massages were done while she was fully clothed. The first visit she felt like maybe the session was an assessment of some sort. But the second one was exactly the same. Not really a massage, not relaxing, and had a very weird vibe. So so disappointed that she did not get what I paid for.

Great customer service..... I tried out the shakes and teas for the first time felt very energetic after drinking the tea and shake was very filling. I highly recommend this place if you are on the go and want a pick me up and a meal replacement shake thank you Eli and Eli Jr...

Best place to get your healthy shakes and they have a variety of healthy products to purchase also if you’re looking for something healthy to eat such as fruit bowls, Owner is very helpful and informative. Very clean establishment and very welcoming and courteous.

I love this place! Great place to come by and pick up a quick nutritional shake. Everyone is so friendly and Eli is awesome! Their free fit camps and 1 on 1 training packages are great too!
