Burgerim

First time here. Stopped in for the 5$ burger special. Double meat double cheese burger. The burger is juicy but not overly greasy and has a great flame grilled taste that I love! The burgers come plain and like at five guys you add the toppings that you want. Got extra grilled onions and wasn't charged extra for it like some restaurants do. The fries were good too. The only complaint was they forgot my cheese on it. But they were quick to fix it and being that it was my first time ordering it may have been partly my fault for not telling them to put cheese on it. Anyways, if your in the mood for a good flame grilled burger and your tired of Jim's give this place a try. I don't think you will be disappointed!

Great variety of burgers. The two I tried were excellent. Much more flavorful than an average fast food burger. The fries and onion rings were very good. Tasty, crisp and not greasy. Beer and wine was $3 on Saturday night. They gave us chicken wings to try and they were also good. You can get burgers made of lamb, falafel, and salmon if you want something different. Definitely recommend this place and will definitely go back

I've never been to a place with so much customization of a burger. You chose your type of meat and then what type of burger style you want. The cashier was very informant on how they whole process worked. She was very helpful for it being my first time there. I need to go back and try other burgers that were on the menu. I tried the wagyu and lamb burger which were very excellent.

The burgers are not fantastic, and the beer specials can only do so much. We went with a couple friends on a quiet night for dinner. We ordered several $3.00 Karbach pints (great value), and four duo orders. The duos ran the gamut of Burgerim's options: beef, chicken, vegetarian, and turkey. The proteins themselves were flavorless, and it was clear the sauces and condiments were doing the heavy lifting. I was suspicious when temperature options weren't given for the beef burgers, and the team member was confused why I was asking. On a positive note, the sides of onion rings, fries, and sweet potato fries were spot on. The counter service was distracted as the two team members repeatedly delayed delivering food and drinks to text on their personal phones. Overall... there are better burger options in San Antonio and certainly more engaged folks preparing and serving them.
