Burger King

Worst experience. Poor customer service. Poor quality of food (all individuals who ate got sick same night). Drive thru lane is creepy and without proper lighting. This burger king is ran by immature children who lack proper requirements. I agree with and wish i read all the previous low star rating. Bottom line: spend the time to go elsewhere, this place is not safe and the food is horrible.

WHAT A DUMP! The north side is clean and shiny looking, but the drive-thru lane looks like a back alley on Skid Row ... FILTHY, with trash, overgrown weeds, broken signage, and graffiti. I got in the drive-thru line behind two other cars around 8:50 PM last night. The cars ahead of me pulled up to the squawk-box and sat there a couple minutes, then drove around the corner. I got to the squawk-box around 8:55 PM and waited. And waited. The menu sign was either broken or turned off, so I spent a minute or two reading it by flashlight, then yelled, "Hello. Anyone there?" No answer. So I pulled around to the window, where a sign said they close at 9:00 PM. I looked at my watch. It was 8:58 PM. I banged on the window, but there no one came. I drove around front and could see that the lights were off. They had been on when I first pulled up! That meant the employees were actually HIDING from customers so they could close early! I hadn't eaten at Burger King in nearly 20 years, but I'd decided to give them another try when I saw their sign as I exited the I-35 freeway at N. New Braunfels. After experiencing the filth, lack of maintenance, terrible service, and mismanagement at this store, it will be ANOTHER 20 years before I ever give Burger King another try!!!

Drive thru window…and they say machine is down we only have nuggets and fries. I say what machine?….machine to make burgers OK…didn’t know BURGER KING made their burgers with a machine, thought they were flame broiled all this time. THIS BK SUCKS… not the first time either. They have said they are closed and it’s just 8:30😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬

Never going to this place anymore. Every time we go there's something that happens. They either forget something from our order or give us something entirely different. This time they gave us the wrong burgers and sides. We ordered the large jalapeno poppers instead we got the small mozzarella sticks. We were charged for what we ordered which was more expensive then what we got. Don't waste your time at this one.
