Staff was polite but at first brought me the wrong order. They corrected quickly and nicely and even though I was polite I was given a burger with a bite already taken out of it. Great quality.

Your typical McDonald's nice and clean but the service was what stood out. James went out of his way to see if we were good needed extra consents. Sweet kid need more employees that actually care. Very impressed never have I got such great service at a McDonald's. Well not in Houston where I'm from...lol

Packed not enough workers. I know they are doing the best that they can but just need more workers. Place was clean on inside no one was rude they just needed help. Plus my dad and I went on lunch hour so we had to leave with him in wheelchair and a lot of people and he had to be somewhere else at 1pm so we had to leave.

There was no line at all very excited about that, they lady even gave me a free cookie at the pay thru window BUT When I received my food it was not warm/HOT at all. My spicy nuggets were hard ,my kids did not even touch their nuggets from There happy meals!! I questioned myself ,Was the food from a order that wasn't picked up? Idk but I will not order from this McDonald's again.

Staff was nice but the inside was very dirty. Tables were filthy. The floors were sticky in the lobby and the bathroom. Wait wasn't too bad since it was lunch time

I absolutely love the McDonald's downtown on Houston Street! it is quick efficient and they never mess up on my order when I'm in a hurry ,,especially I would totally recommend it to others for breakfast, lunch or dinner whichever y'all prefer but it was great no problems thanks McDonald's👍

Was happy to see that the Dining Area was open for customers. Nice quiet atmosphere and I saw lots of hard-working employees getting everyone's order out quickly.🙂👍👍
