I ordered light sauce on 1 pizza. And regular sauce on the 2nd. So they put light extremely light sauce ( was dry ) on both. And barely any cheese. The pizza sadly went to the birds the next day. Like most of the pizza had no cheese. I have no idea why they did that.Frozen Totinos from HEB would have been better. It was that bad..

I’m placing 1 star because i’m unable to put 0. I made an order that was supposed to take from 50 to 60 minutes. It has been more than 2 hours and never received it. Good pizza, but frustrated by their ignoring the no-contact delivery request. The app says the driver will leave the pizzas at the door and step back a safe distance. Instead the drivers have been waiting at the door, usually unmasked. If I wanted that, I would've checked "Door Delivery."

I ordered delivery I believe on my 5th day in the hospital and Papa John's never disappoints. I love the cinnamon pull apart!

I've been ordering here for years got a pizza today and it was below standards I counted 5 pieces of mushrooms not whole (bits) and less than 10 pieces of pepperoni management was not very helpful instead of correcting right away he said it would be an hour and a half wait... really...! Do it right the first time .

Absolutely disgusting we waited a hour and forty minutes for the pizza to arrive cold as ice. The delivery driver was completely clueless as to where to go and I had to walk him through it. Then finally after 10 minutes he decided to just put it in his GPS which would have saved so much time if he did that from the beginning. I would advise to order from a different papa Johns this one is awful!!
