First time at this BK as fairly new here. Got to the speaker and got what I found out was a prerecorded greeting. Didn’t hear anything else for a good 5 minutes. Would’ve thought they were closed had it not been for the back door being wide open and a customer having a great time chatting it up with the person working inside. I guessed pretty quickly that was what my wait was due to. I asked for a coke with my meal. He repeated it back 3 times as Dr Pepper. I was surprised I actually got a coke. That was the only good thing about my meal. My onion rings looked and tasted like they had been sitting for 2 days and my sandwich was just nasty. Needless to say they weren’t eaten.

Lights off. This is normal throughout the week sometimes. They're open, just pull up to the speaker. Use your headlights or phone flashlight to see the menu board. One star because the food was cold. Fries soggy and old. Burger patty was not cooked all the way, was still raw on right side. Trashed.

Place was kind of creepy. Felt like one of those malls that are half empty. I haven't tried Burger King in a long time but loved it when I was younger. I won't be going back. Food was okay. Fries were good.

The customer service was exceptional, place was clean, my food delicious. I ordered the 2 for $5.00 .Chicken burger and the fish burger. Additionally, I had a vanilla cream cone and watched TV until my bus came..had to wait an hour.

I want to Thank…Mercedes(manager),Amanda(drive-Thur), Enrique(cook), for the wonderful, experience!! Our food was…so delicious!😋 It looked from a commercial… from the way, they greeted us to the way they packed it! Fries, impossible 🍔, spicy chicken, mozzarella, soda 🥤! Was to the perfection! (10⭐️ ) Clean 🤩 the restaurant, was clean… so clean! I was amazed! I’ve lived in the area for 4 years. I’ve always had to go and complain…today…I just went back to give them a complement! Let them… know, they gave me the Best experience EVER!! ⭐️❤️🎄I give them 💯/A!

I repeated my order multiple times and they couldn't get it right. Got charged 18 dollars because she didn't apply the 2 for 5. Didn't even give me my fries. Never coming back and I wouldn't recommend anyone eat here.

Oh boy, where do I start. They are always out of something. The other morning, out of egg's. A few weeks ago, no one at the drive thru. And get this, they were out of whopper's at one point s few months ago. Why do I keep stopping here, you're wondering. Well, my daughter goes to school in the area and loves BK. So I stop for her. And we all we always make jokes to see what they will be out of this time. Whoever is doing the inventory needs to get retrained or they may need some assistance.

Ordered off uber eats and they can't complete an order that is step by step. My double whooper with cheese only came with one patty and mayo, maybe it was a mistake in the order but when I called the store to check on a refund or replacement (which I no longer want a replacement) I get a busy signal. Hire comprehensive people or close the store if customer service is going to be like this. Will be going in store for refund when I get out of work.
