Ihop

Discussing place. We arrived and the smell of the place was horrible. Everything dirty. Doors, floors, table. I asked the hostess for some hand sanitizer and she said they don’t have any. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and it was a disaster. We decide not to eat there if that’s what we can see I can imagine how the kitchen is. Please BE AWARE

Our waitress Crystal made our visit extra pleasant: she was very nice, friendly, fast and was like a mind reader - brought extra items even before I thought about them 😉 The food was hot, fresh and tasty. I wanted a fresh Belgium style waffle with the chocolate chips - and it was made perfect! Nut n’ grain pancakes are my forever favorite - fluffy and hot. Hash browns were delicious and coffee tasted great. 4* for not friendly host and the manager and for not very clean tables, seats and clear booth separators. Luckily, I’ve got a table and it was clean.

Terrible customer service! To get advantage of the promotion $6 menu 2-10pm. Arrived at 2pm and waited 30min on line. After sitting on the table they provided a short "Holiday Menu" with their own selection of items. We asked about the promotion and said "not today, we have a shorter menu" but items on the $6 dollar menu were on the "Holiday Menu" selected. Picture of this promotion is outside of the establishment and I have been in this establishment before and got this promotion. It looks like they just decided to be greedy today just because is New Years Day. You should be mentioning these things beforehand and remove the pamphlet from the window. Plus it wasn't necessary to be rude about the situation. Also, the restaurant was really messy, dirty, and hand sanitizer dispensers were empty.

My family and I had a wonderful breakfast this morning! From start to finish we were treated kindly by the staff of this establishment. A big shout out to our waiter Brian. He was great with our girls and that made ordering for them a breeze. He even took time to ensure their orders were exactly what they wanted by offering substitutes as a solution. I always appreciate when a restaurant remembers that children are costumers as well with their own needs and wants. Way to go Brian! With confidence we will be returning to this location in the future.

Ms. Victoria was the best. Very attentive. Best experience I have had at any IHOP in at least 2 years. Her suggestions on food were spot on. And the cooks executed the selection of main meal and appetizers and desserts to perfection. Highly recommend anyone's late night cravings or extra late dinner to stop in and grab some early breakfast. Again great staff and excellent food.
