Pizza Hut

I ordered green bell peppers on half of my pizza. You cannot tell me that no one saw these charred bell peppers as they were boxing it and still gave it to me this way! So disappointing! It is burned you do not serve people this. I could of paid less elsewhere and actually enjoyed my pizza. What is worse is that I see a few reviews complaining about the quality of what was given to them and how some of the employees there are rude from months ago. Obviously nothing has changed.

My wife placed an online order. I got there and I parked in front of the building and called the restaurant to let them know I was there to pick up my order. The girl who answered the phone told me I had to hold because she was attending to a customer. I guess I’m not considered an important customer. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and I waited and waited and waited on hold for 10 minutes. I decided to walk in the restaurant. I was greeted by a girl whom I thought placed me I hold. And she said may I help you and I told her yes I was placed on hold and then this guy told me well we are busy that’s why she didn’t attend to your call. I get it restaurants are busy and understaffed but there is no reason to treat customers in such a rude manner. On to my order. The pizza box was full of grease inside and out as if the box was reused. It looked like it had come out of the trash can. The pizza was horrible. We had not had a Pizza Hut in a long time and for good reason now with this experience. I will never ever buy pizza from Pizza Hut ever again. If there were negative stars I would have rated them with one or many.

I did not Receive my food in a timely manner. I placed my order online at 6:12pm for curbside pickup. I got to store at 6:20pm. Did not receive food til 7:00pm!! No apology for wait. Get home food is cold like it has been sitting under a heat lamp. Wings I ordered were small I paid $8 extra for that?!. Attempted multiple times to contact store all to get a busy signal. Its unlikely I will be returning to get anything from pizza hut again.

I called pizza hut and ordered the 23.99 bundle and 3 2 liter Dr pepper for 3.99 a piece and got charged over 60 dollars before tax, delivery and tip. Took about 2 hours to get door dash to deliver and did not get my drinks and 1 pizza had no pizza sauce on it. I called the store to get my money back on the drinks and they refused and just gave store credit, will never order delivery from pizza hut again and plan on calling my bank to credit my entire order back to my account.
