Every time I order the nacho fries they are never fresh! I usually don’t even do reviews but as I’m eating these cold fries I just felt the need to let it be known. It’s not one time that I’ve had fresh fries and the fries are so much better fresh! I’m sure it only takes 3 mins to fry fresh fries. I would just advise to tell them you’d like fresh fries if you are stopping at this location for nacho fries!!

Ordered the Supreme Taco Party Pack (half soft, half hard) when I got home all the hard shell were okay but none for the soft shell had sour cream or tomato and there was very little filling in them. They first two photos are what I received and the third photo is what they advertise

This used to be my favorite Taco Bell/KFC. They always got the order right and everything was always fresh. My last experience was unfortunately the worst experience I've ever had at any Taco Bell. First they got my order wrong over the intercom. Then when I corrected them at the window they told me they didn't have what I wanted. Fine let's remove that item from my order. It took a little bit for the manger to get there but no big deal. It's expected. They refunded the items I canceled so great no worries. Except when I get home I discovered they almost tired to kill me. The taco shell STALE! Like a stale to the point where you can smell me from a foot away. Not only stale but it has fungus growing on it. It was disgusting. Ruined my entire night. Literally.

This place is always nasty. They always mess up my order and they’re rude. They don’t let you make any substitutions if there’s a line. The person who takes orders is always rude and seems like you’re interrupting her. Bad business don’t come here

My whole order was completely wrong. Everything I ask for was messed up and on top of that the person taking my order had laryngitis, covid or whatever, but the were sick as can be cause they couldn't even talk. I know that saying don't mess with people who handle your food. That's why its taken me a few days to make a response. I should really be compensated in some kind of way, but rewarded at another location cause I'm not going back to that one.

Drive thru is always fast and efficient, always make sure customers leave satisfied. Make sure we have condiments and napkins. I love their specials really economic and food taste is great.

Food was cold as ice hope tomorrow I can get my money back or better food the young lady that was on the drive through was being rude clearly they weren’t busy I work in a fast food restaurant DAVE AND BUSTERS and I would never ever serve my food as I got mine sloppy and cold where are the grill marks I literally opened the bag and threw it after I seen my food as it was it’s not like they couldn’t have done a better job but why go back a person of myself who is very skeptical and they do something else I would just like for Taco Bell to give me some better food or my money back cuz the foods on blanco and west ave
