Terrible service, order 2 subs via the app, I picked them up and got home to find them absolutely wrong, even though the reciept attached showed exactly what I asked for.
When I called them about the wrong order, the staff made continuous excuses rather than take responsibility and when I got annoyed they laughed.
The managed Diego and other employee, Emily, made it seem like I was upset over nothing (it's Subway but still a business and I should at leats get what I actually order).
Not returning to this particular location solely due to the current staff.

Just ordered online and picked up my order. Got home to a plain sandwich and called. They customer service is horrible! I was told ole well I didn't make your order so just drive back and we will remake it...Wow...

Ray was such a kind gentleman! He made a delicious sandwich and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Great location!

Worst customer service experience. They messed up my entire order and when I called to talk about it they laughed at me. Diego and emily( if that’s even their real name) kept giving me round about answers and laughing at me.

I place an online order on a double chicken salad. I go to pick it up on my 30min lunch break only to bring it to work half empty and with toppings missing. Theres 5 black olives when i asked for more. I asked for more chicken but only 4 or 5 pieces, let's just say you would get more with a footlong. You would think a subway on this side of town would be on point. But no. Never coming to this subway again. No tomatoes, no oregano, and there's barely any lettuce! Not acceptable subway!

This location is significantly better than the Hardy Oak location around the corner. Friendlier staff and nice atmosphere. My kids prefer this location.

Not the most sanitary place to eat at. They guy went from making my sandwich then to the cash register back to my sandwich with the same gloves on.
