This is the BEST sonic I have ever been too and I have been going here for 20 years the managers are awesome. Like marya today was just like her GM so helpful and thoughtful and so customer service loving, this is rhe best feeling ever to be treated with so much happiness and care. The GM was super awesome the last two times I visited here. Unlike the GM off of patranco west of 1604 that guy was so rude I asked him to put the num 15 tator totes on the side and he said none or inside, so I left and never going back there again. But this sonic is awesome off of culbera and 1604.

The food was good, good service. Just need to get the Sonic light fixed. I wondered why no one was there. Only reason..the Sonic sign. After I visited others followed. Keep your head up. :)

You know, it's been a long time, I can't remember when was the last time I had sonics. And I always remember my favorite drink ' the strawberry limeade ' 😋 💓 however I hadn't had it in so long, but because I know how busy it gets. Guess what today, I just decided to go for it and not to mention this alamo ranch area is just too trafficky!!! And with a 30 minute lunch break...and traffic its crazy...but today I really, really, just had to have it!!! And my meal was amazingly delicious 😋 and that strawberry 🍓 limeade!!!! Awesome service and delicious hamburger 🍔. Definitely worth the traffic jam.

I think we can all agree that sonic takes forever right? Ok cool. Go expecting that. You want unhealthy snacks come here. We got exactly what we wanted down to the ketchup and napkins.

Even though it took forever to get someone to answer and get our food, I am still rating it as 5 stars because when we finally got to the drive-thru window I could see they were very short staffed. After all, it was Christmas Eve. They were apologetic about the time it took and didn't make any excuses. They didn't say they were short-staffed, I just saw it. Customer service, no matter the circumstance is paramount to me, so they deserve 5 stars. And the food was fresh and delicious!

Aurelia is the best cook and customer service on point omg I wasn't hungry but she offered deals and ice cream spoons I left satisfied and kids wer. Happy too..I hope she's here forever she's the only reason I'd come back

Aurelia had awesome service, this girl really needs a promotion!! I'm in the process of getting back surgery and was in excruciating pain due to a bad car accident, She was friendly, patient and went out of her way too accommodate me with my order. She really made my day ..

Ordered drinks and fries, the person taking my order thought I said Sprite, I didn't thoroughly double check the screen for my order (totally my fault).. the young man bringing out my order, his name was Forrest, I think--super kind and didn't skip a beat in going back to put in an order for my fries. Also didn't make me feel guilty at all. I truly felt like a valued customer.
As for the food, I ordered 3 ocean waters and a large fries. Service was quick despite having had to go back for my fries. The drinks were on point, as usual, and the fries came out hot and crispy. Great experience
