This location loses ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE skills when they’re busy. They make excuses for missed orders instead of fixing it and ignore the phone forcing you to go all the way back around in the lines are wrapped around the building. Unacceptable. This isn’t the first time it’s happened which is why I’m leaving the review.

Please update your Uber Eats Description.. I follow the directions given from your store set by someone who manages your Uber Eats account. I show up around 11pm in parking spot for Uber deliveries. I call the number it was turned off. I go to door bell that we are supposed to ring, and I get told since there is only females working I need to go to Drive Thru... The reason you have the door bell is for the safety of people inside and so you can verify there is a legit delivery driver before opening the door... The customer ordering food should not have their food cold due to poor communication by making me come to door then told to go to drive thru.. UPDATE DECRIPTION so use delivery people know at said time we cant come to door... Its that easy.. I am following your directions then get into argument because I follow your set directions to come in to the store... Also tell your employee not to lie to my face the order was bagged and ready to go on the counter I could see it from the door... Instead they wanted to argue at door. Also why did they open the door if they claim they feel unsafe then tell me to go to drive thru if your really that afraid or have a policy like that they shouldn't open the door at all period. Literally opens door and contradicts herself and couldn't just take 10 steps to get food from counter...
