It’s been a while but First Watch did not disappoint. Our first time at this FW at Sonterra. They were busy but quite impressed with short wait time for food. EVERYTHING was perfect. Server was great too.

Stopped here for brunch. It was near their closing time but we got great service.
Pros:
1. Great service. Our waitress Lidya was so nice, friendly, and tended to our table often. She helped us with substitutions we needed and made suggestions too.
2. Warm and welcoming interiors. Clean and well-maintained. They have outdoor seating too.
3. Plenty of parking spots in the vicinity.
Cons:
1. Food was alright. Nothing to rave about but at the same time not bad. I personally like bold strong flavors and what I ordered lacked it.
2. Not many options if you're a vegan; really just 1 or 2 items on the menu.
First time and it was delicious. Good food, had a. Omelette and was it ever good, should have left off the sour cream but the rest was so flavorful. Good, quick service. Nice clean and inviting restaurant. Must come back.
Loved my brunch! I had a Belgian waffle, bacon and eggs. I sat down quickly and my food came out in about 10 to 15 minutes. Great food and great experience. I'd definitely go again!
Overall, it was good. Nothing out of this world. Waiter was nice. Food was good. My waffle was not hot enough. No specialty coffee options.
The service was amazing! Both women were extremely kind and helpful to us, despite the busy day. Food was extremely good, (as always) of course it is more pricey, but it is well worth it. The pancakes are heavenly and coffee is perfect. I extremely recommend stopping by on a weekday when it's less busy :).
Places busy but they moved fast so it wasn't a long wait to get a table and the waitress took my order quickly. I had two eggs with bacon and one large pancake that was amazing it took up over half the plate and was just the perfect consistency they warm to the syrup. The over medium eggs were a little overdone but still good and they kept me topped off with my own little personal coffee pot and checked on you several times. I highly recommend this is a nice breakfast place
UPDATED REVIEW a week later: stopped by for a second chance and breakfast was great! Had the tri-fecta with sausage, scrambled eggs, waffle and side of breakfast potatoes. Delicious!! Potatoes were better but still slightly undercooked. I'd definitely go back!
Original revied: The OJ was great as well as the toast and service. The eggs were not bad, seasonded potatoes were under cooked, but the bacon was like eating burned bacon flavored potato chips. In all fairness, I asked them to cook the bacon just a little more because it was way too under cooked for my taste. The waiter came back and apologized since it was taking so long, which was fine as they were making it fresh since they accidentally burned it crisping it up a bit. But no, they brought back the burned over the top crispy bacon. Too bad, I would have gone back.
My husband and I had brunch here today and it was so delicious!! I ordered the veggie market omelette and it was one of my favorite omelettes. My husband got the salmon eggs Benedict and he also liked his plate. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. We also had a good waitress.
First of all, just wow. It is very cozy and the service was wonderful. Everyone was friendly. The food came out quickly and was beyond fantastic. The plain pancake was so good and a good size. They were accommodating with how they make their eggs, I requested scrambled egg whites and had no issue. Everything came out amazing. Looking forward to coming back.
