Professionalism at it's finest. I was at North Central Baptist Hospital (NCB) due to an extended stay for my husband. I wanted to provide 5 boxes of mixed breakfast tacos to the nurses on the morning of 10/26. I told a few nurses the evening before, not pick up breakfast, that I had placed an order to have breakfast tacos delivered in the morning between 7:30-7:45 am CST order #(***795). Three and a half months in the hospital and I may had apparently lost track of the days. I called the Sonterra Taco Cabana on morning of 10/25/23 at approx. 7:55am inquiring about the order of tacos I had placed in advance, that were not delivered to the nursing staff. I was greeted by a professional, patient and claiming voice on the other end (Samantha) asking when I placed the order and the name on the order. She patiently explained that I had purchased the 5 box breakfast tacos catering order for 10/26/23 rather than 10/25/23. I explained that I had made a terrible mistake and that I needed the tacos that morning rather than the day after. She calmly and professedly found a resolution. She asked me to give her 20 min. to prepare the food and 15 to deliver it. I could not believe how fast she found a resolution to the situation. Samantha, Kayla and the entire morning crew made it a point, not only compete their routine morning breakfast rush, but to assure that I had my 5 boxes (60) breakfast tacos available and delivered to the nurses. The professionalism, dedication, utmost priority and prompt delivery was amazing. Thank you all for your team work. Samantha, Kayla and your entire morning team on that day. My husband and I thank you.

One of the nicer cabanas around. Manager that waited on us was happy and fun. Food was as good as TC gets. Salsa buffet was lacking a couple items like onions and cilantro.

Food was satisfactory, but TC has not been the same since the pandemic

My husband frequents this store mainly for breakfast and drive thru. We decided tonight to have a quick bite and since it was still happy hour, I got a sangria and my husband got a lime margarita. The manager on duty was very helpful and helped us with the coupon. I had ordered a steak fajita taco and noticed it didn't have onions in it. When I asked Brandon if it normally comes with it or if it's extra, he said he would check. He came back with grilled onions and told me it comes with it if requested. Service! What was most heartwarming was how respectful the staff treated a guy who was down and out going to eat there. Someone else helped pay for his food but no one was rude to him. Kindness was completely displayed.
