Maddog's East Coast Deli

This place was amazing! They were super accommodating from the start as our party had two toddlers under 2. They got us set up and our server Ashley was amazing from start to finish! She ensured we had what we needed at all times, gave great recommendations on food, was sweet with the kids and all around a fun and kind human! The food was absolutely delicious! We got the Scotch Eggs to start and I had the chicken and waffle entree. Both exceeded any expectations I had! I cannot praise this place enough!

Ashley was absolutely incredible to all of us at our table. We had 6 adults and 2 kids in high chairs, and she made sure we had plenty of space and were comfortable. It was really nice to feel so welcome. She also made it a point to keep our strollers with us, but out of the way and safe from anyone messing with them. The food was amazing, drinks were great and fair priced, and I cannot say enough about how great Ashley treated us! It was a great experience made better by outstanding service, we will be back frequently!

Cute British pub on the Riverwalk! Lots of nostalgic stuff to look at and enjoy. Staff were attentive. We didn't eat, just drinks and we had a fun experience! Karaoke was playing and they had heated lamps for the cold evening. Our group really enjoyed stopping in for a nightcap before heading back to our hotel.

This place Rocks! Right under our suite at the Hyatt made it perfect! Wife loved it they allow smoking in patio area Visiting San Antonio for Christmas decorated River Walk AMAZING! So beautiful Great times Will definitely do again sometime 👍😁. Special shout out to Ti Ti & Lesley and all of the staff that made our time so FUN!!

Solid choice among the many Riverwalk tourist traps. The fish and chips was fine; a beautiful piece of cod overcome by far too much batter. Could use more time in the fryer and/or a minute on a rack after frying so the bottom can crisp up. Good french fries. All the girls were very nice. Pleasant experience, would try them again.

Been to this location quite a few times in the last 15 years and most recently the day of the holiday parade (last night) and the bartender who tended to us was amazing and efficient! I cannot remember his name but he had a beard and long wavy hair up to shoulder I believe. We did not have to wait to get drinks as he was very attentive and very friendly. He was also very knowledgeable about the menu and even recommended a few items for us. Our old fashions made by him were top notch. Also the DJ was one of the best I’ve heard in years, he played a variety of music so it was very refreshing! Love it !

I went to eat here with my sisters late last month but just doing review today. I ordered the Cottage pie and it was delicious. One of my sister's ordered the Fish and Chips and she loved it. Honestly, I didn't think she would since she's a picky eater but didn't have anything negative to say about her food. My other sister ordered the Bangers and Mash and while she liked it she did say the gravy was a little salty but was good. I think the British flags are very cute to put on the dishes. I'll be coming back here soon since the food was too good and couldn't stop looking at my sister's plate of Fish and Chips.
