Weird location but don't let that discourage you. The interior is clean and bright. The food was delicious. The garlic knots are a must try .. yum! Pizza was prepared just how I like it. Large portions. Great service. Thanks, Richard. We will be back to try the wings. They looked amazing.

Roman's Pizza is easily the best pizza spot I've visited since arriving in San Antonio, maybe ever!! It's kinda of hid away but it's worth a try. To start with, it had the biggest Hot Wings I've ever seen at almost any restaurant. Ever people!!! The owner said that was not an accident. That was the way he ordered the wings (this guy was really cool too and down to earth). I also ordered the Cuban Sandwich and fries and the Baked Meat Ravioli. The owner threw in some free Garlic Knots but I didn't take a picture of those. My bad!!! All the food was amazing. Also, the staff were energetic, talkative and very helpful. I really felt welcome. This place has the best vibe. It really deserves your visit!!! Give them a try!!!

Highly recommend. Ate there this past Saturday 8/27. The people working that evening. Were very patient and helpful. While my friend and I were taking our time. Some things they were out of. No big deals. Food was amazing. Garlic knots are huge like you can tell in my pics. And the sandwich I had was Italian without onions. My friend has the fettuccine Alfredo which was good. If using a card there is a sign that says there is a small extra charge. Sodas as with any places are little higher than grocery store . Which is not a big deal.

This place is a hidden gem! Their pizza was so good and has perfectly crispy crust. Their garlic knots set these guys apart. These are a must try! After seeing reviews on their Cuban sandwich, I knew I had to go back the same week to try it. It definitely did not disappoint! The staff was so friendly as well. I’m thankful their hours are longer than other pizzerias. This place will be my go to from now on.

The pizza is amazing! The sauce is really good, I love the crust, for the first time in San Antonio it feels crusty! The garlic knots are amazing! I heard other customers eating the Cuban Sandwich and I learned that it is one of the only places in town that actually use Cuban bread!!! You need to try it ASAP!

Pregnancy called for garlic knots. Received them in a plastic bag and soggy, these were more like huge dinner rolls smothered in soooooooooo much garlic it literally was unbearable to finish one. Sadly they went in garage. Upside, the chicken buffalo pizza was fully cooked and pretty tasty. EDIT: Owner respectfully acknowledged my review which deserves an extra star.

Great food and wonderful customer service. Can't beat these prices for the large portions of food that you get. The Cuban sandwich was a 10 out of 10. The garlic knots are perfection. Hawaiian pizza was delicious. We loved everything we tasted. Will definitely come back again. If you haven't been your missing out.

Had the pizza the first time around and it was amazing! Decided to try the Chicken Parm sandwich second time around and it was hands down the best Chicken Parm Sandwich I’ve had in my 7 years of living in SA. Make sure you get the garlic knots too, they’re amazing! Everything is homemade, nothing is store bought. Highly recommend!!

Growing up in NY and having 2 parents from Italy, my bar for Pizza is snobbishly high. I’ve spent half my life enduring the poor excuse of Pizza Chicago has to offer (sorry, Chi—but east coast pizza is where it’s at). Romans honors the tradition of east coast style pizza with a delicious sauce, large floppy “pies” and a crust, that while I can’t say replicates true NY pizza—does a pretty great job paying homage to it. If you love east coast style Pizza, this is the place. Prices are also incredibly reasonable for the quality. Just go there and try it. You’ll be hooked (and super friendly staff to boot)

Pizza was great and I do recommend the garlic knots. The service was great and the manager was very polite and professional. I'd definitely go back again!
