I hadn't been here in a few years. Just stopped by at a last min and got a coffee cake muffin, and it was delicious!! The young lady cashier was polite and friendly as well. I plan to return for another one soon.

Shout out to the wonderful workers who corrected my husbands order today. I am in tears 🤣. My husband and I go to this location quite often. I always get my mocha latte and he gets his regular coffee extra sweet. Today I wasn't there to place my order and he was about to completely ruin my coffee and Alexis who was taking the order recognized his voice and told him they believe i always get the latte. How absolutely wonderful. Also who ever made my coffee today. Haaaaaaave meeeeeeeercy. You nailed you beautiful genius and I love you. 6 creams 10 sugars 😏 Thank you Alexis! 🙏🏼

I love this location! They are consistent with their drinks, donuts, customer service and hot food items. They also have super cool merchandise.

This is my favorite Dunkin location. For some reason they are the only ones that make my coffee just right. Today I went inside after placing an online order that said it didn't go through, but it charged my account. I work in retail and understand there can be glitches which is why I went inside. Everyone was nice and the gentleman who helped me verified that I had the correct location and was quick to get my order out with no issues. Thank you Dunkin for being awesome. Also, the drive-thru line was really long (at least 10-12 cars) when I pulled in but by the time I walked out of the building it was down to 1 car. Way to go Dunkin!

Always get the order right. I like my vanilla iced coffees with cream and sugar, which most Dunkin’s seem to get the proportioning of the flavors wrong. I’ve never had that problem with this location. And they have excellent customer service 😊

The line this morning was insanely long. And everyone in San Antonio is incredibly short staff right now. But that did not slow Dunkin down. I was in and out of that line in less than 12 minutes and literally there were 15 cars in front of me. My order was correct and everything was great. It's definitely not the best donut in San Antonio but if you want a classic and a coffee this is where to go.

Of all the Dunkin Donuts I have been to, this one on NW Military & Huebner is my favorite. Service is always excellent, and the staff are always pleasant.

This location is great. It’s busy in the mornings but I never have to wait long. The staff is very kind - they even give my kids free drinks from time-to-time.
