This is a hidden gem of a Mexican restaurant on this side of town. EVERYTHING they cook is absolutely delicious. This reminds me of my mother's cooking. Do not pass it up if you have the opportunity to go.

Great dining experience in this cozy, bustling restaurant. Reminded us a lot of great places we would eat at in Mexico. The flour torttillas were insanely good! Really nice staff, homelike experience. Our new neighborhood go to for sure!

We had a very good meal! The calabacita con pollo was the lunch special today and it was flavorful and hot! I had some breakfast tacos and they tasted great! Tortillas were soft and fresh! Server was very sweet and attentive. Great food all around!

Definitely one of our favorite Mexican restaurants in San Antonio. It is authentic and the service is great. My favorite thing to get here is the caldo de res! My kids like the breakfast 🥞 and my husband likes the Menudo 🥣

We have been going there since I was a kid. They moved a few stores down to accommodate their growth. Ms. Elizabeth is a true gem. Her employees are always polite and know my folks by name. It's a family run business with a great atmosphere. We will always go back year after year! (For my folks several times a week) 😀
