Papa Johns Pizza

Pizza was good, I haven’t had papa johns in quite some time so I forgot how it was like. The cheesy bread though was just a bit disappointing. Vs my store cheesy bread and theirs, I woulda preferred having my stores just cuz it’s more cheesy and a bit more fresh then what I had. But overall, the food wasn’t too bad. 8/10. Will I be getting papa johns again? Prob but not for a bit

I accident placed an order too earlier and I’ll called in to change the time of the order being made. The customer service was friendly and told me it was no problem. I arrived to pick up my order at the time I scheduled and it was fresh out the oven and it was amazing. Thank you I really appreciate it

I called and spoke to Greg on a Tues. night inquiring about an order of 8 pizzas for take out the next morning. Greg closed Tuesday and opened the store on Wednesday(!!), and assured me he’d have my order ready in the morning when I got there. Greg is a man of his word! Pizzas were fresh and ready when I got there. Good experience. Greg is awesome

Updating and still 5 stars for this location. I recently ordered online through their site and it selected the Valley high region. I have never had issues with them in the past and the incident that happened last night wasnt "their" fault but due to a third party they were using. I noticed during the tracking process it listed Doordash near the top so guessing they were using the dasher. Well the dasher went to the wrong house, about half a block down from me. Guessing they either didnt care to double check the address but thanks to doordash driver they basically gave my order away for free. I hope there was a way for Valley High to report it since it was not their fault the doordasher failed to recognize numbers for an address. My numbers are right on the mail box, very visible from the street. Luckily I was put through to the manager and he offered the option of store credit or the option to get the order done again but it would take a little over an hour. I told him it was fine since I promised my son pizza for his birthday and it would of took an hour from any other place either way. He informed me they only had one driver that night, as to why im guessing they used a doordash driver for extra help though the dasher failed for me. Hope this location can get more drivers a dump the doordash folks since i have had doordash drivers fail more than once to learn how to read numbers or follow a gps properly. Thankfully a little over an hour later we got our pizza by a legit Papa Johns driver. I tipped him and informed him to tell his manager thank you after thanking him for dropping it off.

Papa johns on valley hi is awesume !!!! You actually get a pepper and a ranch on the side and do not even ask for it.... But wow!!!! There sause there dough everythg about there pizza has so so much. More way more better taste and way better dough nd flavor!!! Nd saying this is crasy as hell cause i used to work at pizza hut on hunt ln n marbach b4 they sold it off and closed down!!! Nd i did love pizza hut for long long time over 6 yrs that i worked there... And wow papajohn on VALLEY HI is soooo sooo good!! Hot!! Fresh!!! Tried to marbach papa hjohns over 4 yrs ago and wasnt impressed ... But the new corporate mgmnt along with new people and new store and new ingredients ..wow the the best pizza i ever had !! Period!
