The food was absolutely delicious with many more options than I anticipated. The guavarita was on point and the great customer service put it over the top. Highly recommend and will be back.

If you are looking for an outstanding puertorrican food this is the place to go! My wife love her mofongo with carne vieja and I ate the mofongo with carne frita! And to complete the meal she has a flancocho and I have a flan de queso and it was delicious! I highly recommend this place!

It was a good place to find. We had one dish we went looking for, we found it, ate it, was not impressed ( bias because while in Porta Rico we had REAL DEAL!!! I don't know, I can say that the rice was a little overcooked, and that was part of the problem. HOWEVER!!!!!!! we had ZERO problems with the remaining three dishes, full of flavor, cooked to our liking, thT dam sandwich was the Bomb 💣. The lunch special that's an enchilada, but not rolled, yup get that.. We will DEFINITELY return. Oh, our young lady that served us ( shame on me for forgetting her name ) she was to the max on customer service, we let that reflect in our tip, as well as acknowledging her in her presence. Oh yes, those drinks were not to be missed as well. Go eat her folks.

Luna Rosa finds its place in San Antonio with a great location! Our service got off to a slow start, but once Luis made contact he provided outstanding customer service my entire visit! The atmosphere is great & clean! The food was really good! We started off with the Caribbean Nachos with beef, they are phenomenal! I ordered the peril, white rice & black beans! The platting & presentation was impressive, see pictures below! The pernil was very good! The black beans needed more seasoning & to be cooked down more! Going to San Juan spoiled me with black beans, here there is room for improvement. In my opinion if you like Puerto Rican food, I think you will love Luna Rosa! If you looking for great Puerto Rican food, I highly recommend Luna Rosa! Enjoy!

This is the best Puerto Rican cuisine restaurant I’ve been in the Central/South of US. We were actually planning on going to some steak house by the River Walk. We end up stopping here because at a traffic light we saw the atmosphere from our truck. Once we got in, the restaurant wasn’t very packed. They had live dj going on, their servers were great with us. We ordered drinks and appetizers. They brought complementary Plantain Soup and it was great to start off. They brought our appetizers the Fried Cheese with Guaya sauce and Cuban Style Croquettes. Both were amazing. Their drinks are excellent and exotic, the Puerto Rican Mule and the Puerto Rican Old Fashioned hit the spot with their special touch of DonQ Añejo and DonQ Gold. The Mofongo with fried Pork and the Mofongo with Shrimps were so good I thought I was back in Puerto Rico eating at a restaurant. Buttom line this place is so good that I recommend it.

We came here for dinner today and it was delicious. My wife and brother had the ribeye and they said it was very good. I had the whole red snapper. If you know how to debone a fish I highly recommend it. It was amazing so were the fried plantains and the arroz con gandules.

Food was pretty good, atmosphere is very similar to the old Rosario’s. Food seasoning was good and heavy. Wish there was live music more often though!

We were visiting and came across this gem and we are so glad we did. Food is great. Service was awesome! The plantain soup which is free is the bomb!!! Definitely will come back when we are back in San Antonio.

Super cool vibe downtown. Delicious tostones and bacon wrapped dates. The pork was a bit dry, but had great flavor. Mixed drinks are strong

If you love Puerto Rican food, this is the place to be. The food isn’t heavy like a lot of other places and on Friday and Saturday night they have a Dj. I recommend everyone to come and try it, the food is amazing!!!

Great food it took an hour for iur food, the food was good but there was some organizational issues with plates half the table got there food then 30, later the other half git theres. We enjoyed all the different plates. We paid 85 dollars for 2 plates and a couple drinks. But over all it was a decent experience.
