While walking into this Popeyes I noticed it was very clean and the employee's instantly made me feel at home, with great customer service, saying "Welcome in", and much more. Let's not get started on the food, the food was so fresh. I would recommend coming to this location!!
Has having a hectic day, didn't catch the young man's name behind the counter cause he didn't give me a receipt. But, I have to say it was service with a smile and fast friendly service. Made my day/night. Shout out the that young man behind the counter for great customer service! 🤘
Food wasn’t the freshest. This store doesn’t get enough volume to churn out fresh tenders, which is less than ideal but I don’t expect them to make everything to order. I get it.
The reason why I’m writing is because there’s this new manager, black shirt, lady. She’s super friendly, has excellent customer service. But my favorite quality was her attention to detail. She had my order memorized down to the number of sauces I requested. For me, she is a huge win for this store. 6/5 stars from me just because of her. I believe she can single handedly turn this store around cuz these pase few years have been rough as a fan of Popeyes.
Many times I have eaten or taken out food from Popeyes on Nacogdoches Rd. Today is one of my best experiences. Took advantage of a $7.99 coupon offer "Dining for Two" Special (5 pieces, 2 sides & 2 biscuits) & added their regular Tuesday two piece chicken Special $1.29 for carryout. Total bill was $10.05.
The cashier was very personable, friendly & competent. She took my order, handled the coupon and specials transaction flawlessly, asked my name, and called me when order was ready. Quickest that i have been in and out in years of doing business with Popeye's. My review is based only on my experience today not the 30 times before. The empty table where I waited for order to be filled needed bussing.
Ms. Latrell did a fantastic job even this late in the evening. I appreciate great service, she is a shining star for Popeyes. Y’all better hope no one steals this great employee.
The staff and manager were very nice and courteous. They were very busy with the drive thru and they apologized and made sure that we were ok with the wait. I personally would rather wait and know I'm getting fresh great chicken. Definitely going back to this location.
They're always so nice at this Popeyes, and I know they're crazy busy all the time but no matter what they are friendly, get the order in and out and the food is always the best . Love that chicken from Popeyes!
Best chicken sandwiches I've ever eaten, I crave them on a daily, and they are super crunchy, never hard to bite through, and the buns are sweet. I wouldn't recommend them to a friend, but only because I want to keep the sandwiches as my little secret go to sandwiches 🤤
For some reason the classic spiced chicken is never available at this location....I'm always waiting 20-30 min.... definitely have to order in advance from now on
