Stopped in before work to grab some coffee & oatmeal. Service was good & fast in the drive thru. I wasn't missing anything for my oatmeal & I actually got the right amount of sugar & creamer for my coffee. I was happy 😁

Poor customer service, very long wait to have your order taken and only to be missing food and over charged, then then when you are trying to address the issues you get very unprofessional response and issues do not get resolved because they will not accept Thier mistakes. This McDonald's is usually busy . The worker's are hustling , which leaves the register u occupied . However , the worker was courteous , efficient and professional .

The drive-thru line cleared in the time it took me to run inside to get a cone. Fast service and observent employees. I wish all McDonalds were this fast.

Service is like most McDonald's because they don't get paid enough but damn were they fast. And the food was hot as well. There was a line as well but they did a great job at not projecting their anger

Fast food restaurants are much like a roller coaster. It has its ups and downs. However, you know when the ups and downs are on a roller coaster. Fast food not so much. So many variables to factor in which makes it hard to know when its an "up" time. This visit was an up for sure. Thank you McDonald Roosevelt location

Just McDonald's was fast friendly and clean the right to be very attentive gentleman that to my order. I purchased a medium fries and a small drink and use my reward points to receive a a quarter pounder with cheese. Presentation was great and fresh
