Late visit Wednesday night but young was polite and efficient. Food was hot and brought out quickly.

The good was hot and delicious. They were waiting on fries when we got our order in, and I think they forgot about us. I beleave a new employee was handing our order and forgot the rolls with our order. But, when our food got delivered, it was juicy.
The restaurant was clean and ready for customers.

Switched to this Bush’s location because it’s clean, brightly lit, the staff acknowledged us when we approached the register, they were fast and efficient. Plus the tea was FRESH even at 8:00pm on a Wednesday!!! Definitely our new Bush’s location.

The best customer service ever! I’m always greeted with a smile from everyone, even the guys in the back that are preparing the chicken. My order is always ready fast, accurate and hot!

Even though they were short handed Sabrina,Tammy and Luis made the experience awesome. There was a personal preference issue,but they fixed it no questions asked. And made sure everything else was good. They have amazing customer service and we will be back soon.

Super fresh chicken, always crunchy and crispy. It needed some repairs and they are now done. We have been coming here for many yrs and they are all great ppl even though they were short staffed at times. Best place for chicken.. they even have a great oven baked chicken, I had tried it.

We used the drive through I ordered 4 orders of Chicken Strips with 4 LG teas. Service was very fast. My Grandsons were out of schools so I like to take Lunch to them. They love that place so I can't go wrong.I even order Chicken Livers for G.P. he also likes a plate delivered to him.

Had it delivered and everything was still piping hot and crunchy. The chicken didn't have any sense of being oily at all. The portions are 10/10 and this location is by far my favorite. I had tried a different one for my first time and it made me never want to look back till I tried it because of an Uber promotion. This is by far my favorite place for fried chicken. Oh and fried okra and corn nuggets.

Location 1225 w Bitters Rd, 78214 is great! Always fresh food and the customer service is amazing. Thank you to the three guys working the drive through lanes today (7/25/22). It was an obvious dinner rush hour and they did a fantastic job. All three of them were polite and were hustling, taking multiple orders, running in and out never empty handed. They didn’t miss a beat and kept the lines moving. Thank you!

My family and I had a really tough day as we own our own cleaning company! I didn't feel like cooking so I remembered Bush's Chicken. The entire staff was so welcoming and accommodating... it was such a blessing to our dinner time! Though the staff was young, surprisingly they were extremely professional!
