Loved my time at Swig. Martin, the general manager, is so friendly and hilarious. He made us feel right at home. He made strong but delicious drinks. I highly recommend!

Edit 11/2016 - It's getting better! Changing my review to 4 stars now. Staff is very nice and the facilities are in a much better state! My co-workers and I love coming down here for a good cigar and people watching over the river walk.
Original review from 2015 - Unfortunately Swig has gone downhill over the years. The place is really starting to look trashy and is in desperate need of upkeep. Holes in the bathroom walls, broken windows, dead lights & signs, and exposed wiring are things you'd tolerate from a cheap local bar, not a location that is trying to charge upscale downtown cocktail prices. The only thing they have going for them is the location but with the prices they charge I'll start to pass. Its too bad because I really liked the place in the past and I hope it improves... but for now I can't recommend it.

The chocolate martini is great! They have cigars and a balcony where you can sit and smoke while overlooking the river walk. Did I mention happy hour martini specials until 7!

You want the smoothest chocolate martini of your life? Delivered! Good beer selection too. Even though we ordered food from next door, they still let us use a table because we ordered drinks from them. Fantastic service too. It was the perfect way to wrap up a night out on the town.
