I am the type of person who reads reviews before I try places or purchase things. While I know everyone has their own experiences, I am just SOOO confused at people reviewing with bad or stale popcorn comments and also complaining about the flavors that are not available. Any small business, whether it is a bakery or a popcorn shop, absolutely cannot carry all flavors at once. It is not possible for many reasons, but one that sticks out to me is the leftover popcorn they may have at the end of the day that would go to waste. That is a lot of wasted popcorn and more importantly... money. People really need to learn to not complain and step back and realize how businesses work! Anyways, back to what I wanted to say in my review... this place is AMAZING! My husband and I love popcorn and have been searching for a great popcorn place in town and Pinks is it! Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they provide samples and best of all... the popcorn is amazing, fresh and just down-right yummy. We have been to both locations and they are both amazing (I will be leaving this review on both!) Anyways, keep up the great work Pinks. Y'all are the best there is!
The ladies are always sweet and I love the fact that they know their customers. They make the experience personable like you're talking to a friend. Plus the popcorn is soooo good. The AF moved me but I still had that craving. I called them, placed an order and they shipped me my popcorn. I'm also using them for my wedding in Miami. Popcorn favors in my wedding colors! So glad I found this gem of a store.
As soon as I walked in, I felt like a child again with so many bright colors of popcorn surrounding me. Where would I start?? The aroma drifted throughout making it hard to choose a flavor! They immediately started to help me through this chosen dilemma. Once I had my samples, my sweet and savory choices, out I went with my popcorn and a smile! Ready to share my new found snack place! The lady who assisted us was very helpful and patient with us. We have an event coming up and she was also able to offer us great information and suggestions. We sampled several different delicious flavors too! Pleasant experience! Will be returning.
The best popcorn you will ever have! And the staff is so awesome, they are helpful and personable. We love them!
Great popcorn, excellent friendly customer service. My favorite is the Maple Bacon. The bacon flavor really comes through. Will definitely come back in the future...
Had a great welcome! Megan walked us thru the assorted flavors and offered us samples. We found our favorites for this visit and left as happy customers.
