I'm a 20+ years veteran of the food service industry, so when I enter a new place I have a checklist before ever ordering. Restroom was clean, floors and tables were clean, register was polite, asked for a manager (due to food allergy questions) and was greeted by the GM Josh who was polite and answered all my questions. We decided on veggie burger and fries and massive onion rings, delicious and one of the best veggie burgers I've eaten, up to this point. Also enjoyed the Very Berry Wafflewich, in which a dollar goes to the St Jude's Children's Hospital, great reason for dessert. While there I also learned of your energy saving techniques as well as your recyclables, nice job. You may not be able to please everyone, but I was extremely satisfied. Not your average burger place.

Always a great spot for fresh burgers and fries. Everything is made fresh to order. The burgers are cooked excellently and have a nice juicy crisp taste. You get a humongous onion ring on top of your fries everytime which is also amazing.
This spot is always clean and the staff is super nice. Pretty much out go to for burgers now.
I was shopping in the area where I found this place, which Intrigued my curiosity. This is undoubtedly a very good burger place. Quality angus burgers. I had the junior cheeseburger which was just the right size for me. The fries are fresh cut potatoes. Yummy. They also have unique small desserts, but I did not have enough room to eat. The price was excellent for delicious food. You would pay similar prices at Wharaburger or McDonalds. The quality is far better. If this is a chain, I hope to find one in South Carolina. 🤗

First time there. Downloaded the app to get free fries. They offer single options but most burger options are for double. I got the bacon cheeseburger and added grilled onions. It does not come with pickles, lettuce etc. I would ask for not alot of onions next time as they layered them thick on the bottom. I did ask for a side of garlic aioli and it was pretty good. The fries were not. I am not a fan of natural cut fries and like them crispy. If you get the fries just get one regular size and it's big enough for two or three people. I may try the urban style fries and see if that improves them...those come with the aioli, herbs and parmesan. The burger was decent sized and very tasty. Got plenty of bacon that was cooked perfect...not too crispy and a bit chewy. It was very good and I look forward to trying a few other options as well as the beyond and veggie burger. The staff was friendly on helping place the order and use the app. The only downside was it was not too packed but there was nowhere to sit and its too hot to sit outside. Shared a table.
Delicious burgers and fries! A little pricey for burger size but it's a place your going for quality! Clean and chill. Always enjoy outdoor seating.

Love the beyond burger here. Obsessed! Great choice for vegetarians or vegans. They are currently not doing dine in so you have to call ahead of time or online. Ernesto was my server and he was great! Thanks!
Life changing burgers. I think my life is now split into that's before and after I had a burger at Burgerfi. And the fries were delicious too, and very big servings. My wife and I didn't even come close to finishing a shared large fry.
This was my first time eating at BurgerFi and it was everything I thought it would be.

The burgers were great, they have vegetarian friendly choices. The entire restaurant was very aesthetically pleasing and the music was pretty good. They have indoor and outdoor seating options. The facility was pretty clean and organized. Definitely better than most burger joints I've been to in a while. Only complaint was the music was a little too loud, but that's only because I had a slight headache. Food is a little more expensive though, but overall it was totally worth it. I would reccomend going there on a first date or going to lunch with some friends/family. Oh! And the staff was pretty nice also. :)
The customer service during my visit today was excellent. The cashier helped every step of the way and was very friendly. There was a long wait due to the long line today but it was very much worth the wait. The food came out warm and was very yummy. The urban style fries are the best thing on the menu and I will for sure recommend to all my friends. Thanks for a great lunch !
