I've been there once before and everything was fine but my daughter and I went back today for lunch and literally EVERYTHING we got was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME and DELICIOUS!!! We tried some of this and that (you know...buffet😁) and every single item was cooked to perfection!!! It tasted so good! Not to mention the restaurant was clean and well-manned! If you are lucky enough to live somewhat close to this place then you need to be visiting weekly AT LEAST!! My doctor is not too far from there and I guarantee this will be my new chow stop. Keep up the great work!👍🫡
I took my grandkids here for the first time. They were pleasantly surprised regarding the choices of entrees The service was very polite and helpful. Great food Great price. The store could use updates and a deep clean in the bathroom area it's still a good family restaurant 🙂
I'm not one for buffets, but Golden Coral is always the exception. I like the fact that the staff keep the buffet areas clean and fresh. The food is consistent and mostly made from scratch which gives it a bit of a homemade taste which I enjoy. The salad bar is fresh and always stocked with delicious toppings. Our server was always spot on with the beverages. The price is affordable for good food quality. I certainly recommend Golden Coral for a tasty affordable buffet.
When expectations equal reality, it's a win situation. I've been to our local Golden Coral a number of times and the short answer is I would recommend it, especially for lunch (I've never been in the evening). You get "checked in" quickly, seated at you discretion, and served as soon as you get up, get a plate, and go to the "buffet". I'm not a picky eater and they have all kinds of stuff that I enjoy - for example the meatloaf, fish fillets, fried okra, mashed potatoes, green beans or broccoli. The table service people always come around and refill my iced tea. The price (I'm a senior) is about $10 for lunch which I consider a very reasonable price. It might take 30 minutes to have lunch and I always leave thinking, "that was a really nice experience". I suggest you give it a try - it met all my expectations.
The food we had was delicious. We always like the variety to choose from. Our grandkids love the popcorn shrimp. My husband has steak and I have fried chicken and fried fish.
This day they were a little short handed in staff but everything was always taken care of and food ready!!
We came here last minute for my sister's birthday dinner. They were short staffed but that didn't stop them from providing excellent service. The cashier was nice and our waiter was always checking on us. The person on the grill was rude to everyone who asked for a steak but otherwise the employees were very professional. The food was surprisingly delicious. My sister went back for 3 plates full and dessert. Glad this place made her day special.
The food was good, but tags would've been nice. Being from Oregon I had no idea what some things were. Service was good. Place was a little dirty.
Stopped by for lunch on Christmas Day. Our server had a great attitude. The kitchen frequently kept bringing out new food to the buffet, so we ended up with plenty of hot food on our plates. Overall positive experience. Will definitely return.
Got the Breakfast Buffet: Very clean establishment, respectful staff, plenty of options, our Waitress(Rosa) was very attentive. Food was great, plentiful, & fresh. Price was very affordable, at $12/Adult.
Love the fact that I’m eating instantly so many choices and varieties lots of warm good food great tasting little over 30 bucks for two. Military discount!
