AMAZING! From the customer service to the food, I have never had a bad experience here. We were greeted by Samantha and she had the best energy even after dealing with a very rude and unpleasant customer. It was evident he just wanted to take his frustration out on her and not genuinely seek a resolution with a pickup order on a very busy Saturday night at the best ramen spot in San Antonio. She handled herself in a professional manner in a tense situation and I was impressed with her. She even suggested a really great plum wine that I’ll be ordering from now on for future visits. Keep up the good work! Can’t wait for my next Kimura fix. :) PS- the house spice is a MUST add-on!

I'm visiting from Austin and was starving after the drive. We have a million ramen shops in Austin but very few places serve katsudon, so I thought I'd give this place a shot. The atmosphere is very charming. I took a walk around after I ordered my food to really take in the space. I started with the grilled bok choy which was charred nicely and still had a nice crunch. The katsudon came out steaming hot with a huge portion of rice. Everything was seasoned nicely; no need to add salt or soy sauce. My only complaint is the cutlet seemed a bit too thin. The parking lot is tiny and was a nightmare to leave; not really the business's fault, but it's something to be aware of if you're coming during busy hours.

If you love Ramen/Japanese food, you have to try this place out. From the time you order, you are made to feel very welcomed. Samantha was very sweet and helped us order. All the staff seems like a family. They seem to all work very well together, like a well oiled machine. The ramen is delicious, and their homemade ice cream, WOW, just WOW.. I highly recommend this place. Props to the Chefs/Cooks, specially Johnathan.

We walked in at 9:30p (they close at 10:30p) and they were great from start to finish. Smiles and help offered from sit down to walking out the door. The food was amazing and fresh. Will definitely be going back.

I would give 6 stars to service and food if I could. Will definitely be coming back! We got the Tonkotsu ramen and the pineapple lemonade and it was AMAZING.

Great food, small place, extremely busy at 1pm. Food took about 40 minutes and I ordered to go. Its a very small kitchen for the amount of business they get but that's because of how good the food is. I would go again but maybe at a different time. MANY people turned around after they were told food was taking that long to come out.

The place was absolutely amazing; I went for my birthday and had a great time. The food was fresh but not burning hot, service was friendly, and the place was very clean. I also had some of their drinks and it was really good!

I had the fried chicken appetizer and Tonkatsu ramen. The fried chicken is delish w a large portion. The ramen is nice. The restaurant is beautiful. And the staff greets you when you enter / leave the place like in Japan.

It was my first time stopping by, and I can assure that it WON'T be the last time. I ordered the Katsudon, which is a rice dish with a breaded pork cutlet and an egg on top. It gives fried rice vibe....just absolutely AH-MAY-ZING!!

Everything was yumilicious. Server were very friendly. Atmosphere was amazing. The only bad thing was that we had to wait a long time for food( we got sunmono as a compliment and it was yummy too) and hard to find a spot to seat (too busy). Street parking was easily available.
