The food was amazing. I sat outside and it made the experience so much better. I've eaten here before but it's been a few years. I don't know why I haven't come back sooner. It's worth the stop for sure! I had the queso and Southwest Paella. The waiter also brought me hot and cold salsas. I've never had that before so it was cool to try something new.

I got the steak fajitas, which were really good. The tortillas were house made and flour, great taste. The steak was amazing, and kind of better alone rather than smothered with the rest of the fajita ingredients.
Being directly on the Riverwalk it was probably about 25% higher priced, but not horrible.

Excellent service and food, nice to sit alongside the river walk. Awesome margaritas! We had the guacamole made table side and it was perfect, also had Fish tacos which were delicious. Highly recommend this place.

The food was incredibly delicious. I had the lobster tacos. They're small, but they sure are mighty. 100% recommend. My friend had the cheese enchiladas, she thought they were also a really good choice. Enjoy!!!

This was my favorite restaurant I tried while in San Antonio. I love that they provided two different salsas with the chips - I have never been served a warm salsa before it was a delicious surprise. My fajitas were perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious! The drink I ordered was also excellent. I would eat here again if in San Antonio.

I had such a lovely time at Iron Cactus! The service was fantastic and the place quickly became my favourite spot in San Antonio. Much appreciation to Chewy who provided a fantastic service all night.
I loved the multitude of tasty wholesome vegan options as well. Everything tasted very healthy, with a great balance of authentic spices. Guacamole was made from scratch to the perfection!! And that salsa is very delicious!!!
The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming.

We got in at the bar so we didn't have to wait as long for food. It was super delicious. The salmon was very tender and juicy. Definitely not overcooked. I ate too many chips, of course 😔. They don't have creamy salsa or dip , but their salsa was good. It was very busy, so a bit difficult to get water refills, but overall I'd highly recommend.

We stopped here for a late lunch early dinner and we really enjoyed the food! The chips were light and crisp and the two salsas - one served warm and cold - were flavorful and delicious! I ordered the shredded beef enchiladas with charro beans and the beans were the best I have ever had! They were not running like most restaurants serve them the enchiladas were so, so good. I also ordered the spicy mango margarita. They will even make fresh guacamole at your table.

The best Cesar Salad I have EVER had! The steak melted in my mouth. My husband got the pork and mashed potatoes. The mash potatoes were incredible and so was the pork. We were so happy we chose to go here for lunch!! Thank you again for a delicious lunch.

Best food we've had in San Antonio so far! Service was great. My husband had the Ahi Tuna Civiche. Says it's the best he ever had. Also had the paella, delicious. I had the chicken enchiladas and it needed nothing! 10/10 would recommend and eat here again.
