The best.in salt lake city..havent had a bagel from then in a while..love it...
There is a lady, Rosa, that works there that is THE BEST!! I am always so happy when she is there!! She has great customer service, and you can tell she really loves her job. Kudos to the person who hired her... hopefully the management knows what an asset she really is:)
Great bagels and shmears! But it doesn't seem to matter what time I come in, they are out of a few of my top choices. Today the manager was nice enough to make me a couple! But it gets frustrating!
Nice, hip place. Service was at a good speed given the number of people were there. The meat on sandwich is like sliced deli food like Hillshire Farm style you can buy at the supermarket. Would have preferred the meat have a better quality for the price. But the bagels were soft and fresh. Will return again if in a pinch for a sandwich. The breakfast bagel options looked delicious. Will try those next time.
Do you remember Cheers? Well…. This bagel shop is the exact same for me!! Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name. I’m always greeted with great service by Amy, Kirk and the rest of the crew! Not to mention the yummy bagels!! Go see them!!
Just know all the negative reviews are from entitled pretentious rich people who think they deserve five-star service from a fast food chain. The one person complaining over the "F-bomb" 😱 is a Mormon Karen and all the others are overprivileged nepo babies who think they deserve the best because they live in Mt Olympus. Everyone at this restaurant is great and kind and if you're not some insane Karen you will enjoy your food. The one guy with the rainbow hair does suck though ill agree with that.
For a chain store the bagels are very good. They almost always have all flavors in stock. I only get bagel boxes and never tried the sandwiches or pastries so can't speak to those

Fresh bagels! No competition for the hard, chewey things from the grocery store. Cinnamon raisin with honey almond cream cheese, yum!
Always good to get a lochs and bagel breakfast. Thin on the salmon this time. It wasn't the usual excellent sandwich. I loved to go to the closer, Highland drive location, but it closed down a few years ago😫
Love Einstein’s and some bagels, and am glad this location still exists though rumor has it they’re all closing around slc soon. Would like them to re-open their dining room and get some salmon cream cheese though! Super friendly staff most of the time but buyer beware, sign up for the app ahead of time or they’ll advise you it takes a while (it takes 3 minutes) and hold your bagels hostage til you pay (really?! Are we going to run off with three bagels!!) But seriously, the app rewards are great and I’m definitely thinking about stocking up on some Costco Einstein’s cards for even more savings!
I LOVE EINSTEINS, for some reason no matter how many bagels I try, nothing compares to an Einstein bagel. Although they have great bagels and other menu options, their customer service is t always on par. The last time I went to this location I ordered a bakers dozen because it said on the counter that they were on a big sale so I asked the cashier at the beginning and he said yep they are so I got it and then when I got to the end they weren’t on sale so I spent double what I was planning on spending. I was still fine to do it, but when I told them the other employee said it was discounted they didn’t do anything about it, little bit frustrating but I still enjoyed my 🥯
