Okay this place is amazing. I absolutely loved this little gem. It has the best ren I have ever had. The staff were wonderful, food came out quick, and everything else was freaking amazing. I would love to come here again and again and again but I just found out they are closing! In two days! It just breaks my heart. If you are reading this May 27th 2023, you need to go there tomorrow May 28th 2023. You literally have one chance till this place is gone. You will regret not going!

Pork belly portions were generous, and the meat was tender and tasty! The Umami Bomb had a large portion of meat in particular since it also came with the spicy pork. The eggs were tender and jammy. I wish the Yuzu Salt had been a bit more sour and salty. The restaurant is very small. We had no wait when getting a late lunch, but I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a long wait at busier times of the day.

I'd like to think I've had a good amout of ramen in my ventures, so I now have a good idea of what I believe to be pretty dang good. I came to lunch with my partner and never having been here we were excited to see if this could be our ramen spot. We ordered a few Gyoza, and I had the tonkotsu ramen. The Gyoza was fried which added a great texture to the very soft and fluffy insides. They added a spicy mayo on top that gave it an extra kick of flavor, and it made me a fan. I found it interesting that they have your order them in ones instead of a set order, I thought that was nice too. The Tonkotsu Ramen was hearty, smooth and full of flavor. Now, I'll admit I've been spoiled by Hironori Ramen and like the broth that they serve, but this was great. I truly enjoyed it. The topings were just right, except for the pork belly. It was a bit off, too much chewy fat, but a great flavor. The noodles were thin, but tasted great! Much better, in my opinion, than a place like Jinya. I would definitely have this again! As far as the place goes, it was super cute inside, very nice and chill place with a great staff. I'll definitely return to have more Gyoza and try another bowl of ramen.

Great atmosphere and service. I think our server's name was Jesse and he was very attentive and funny. The summer specials and cocktails were reasonably priced and there was a lot of noodles and meat in the bowls. We will be back!

Wow excellent ramen all around. Friends got the curry and vegetarian noodle options, and all were great. The only downside was the chicken. Super dry but it did have excellent flavor. Love the reclaimed brick and 60s Japan vibe. Side dishes goes real well with Japanese beer.

This place is amazing! After a skate protest downtown we skated like 10 miles and were starving. All the other places around were closing for the night, including this place but THEY NEVER TOLD US they were closed. They took us in and fed us the most delicious meal of our lives. These people are the kindest. We will definitely be back and tell everyone about this little gem.

Came here on a Sunday after my myself, they weren’t too busy so I was seated immediately. I think there’s only one server and one food runner for the front of house so kudos to them to man the whole store Ordered the Umami ramen and 4pc wings. The noodle itself is pretty good, chewy and has good texture. The pork belly in DELICIOUS, the ground pork topping always has very good flavor. However the broth itself is lacking something, can’t put my finger on it but it felt 2 dimension. The 4pc wings came in all different size which is totally fine with me, the 2 smaller pieces are cooked perfectly but the larger ones are a little dry. Great flavor tho

Since Ramen Bar opened, they have been consistently great. I love it. I actually wrote a review when they first opened but I wanted to follow up and say that even after 3 years, Ramen bar holds high regards in my book for their ramen. Below is my original review and I gotta say that my sentiment is equally the same 3 years later! ______ This place is without a doubt as great as its competitors. I'd say better than Jinya, Ramen 930 and pretty close tie with Tosh. It hits the spot and its right next to the bar scene which makes it convenient when you want to get ready for the night. The broth is delicious and has just the right taste of classic pork broth. The pork belly melts in your mouth and I personally like the addition of corn in it. The prices are right on and the place is kinda small so it can feel cramped fast, or wait a bit for seating so be prepared but it is well worth it!

The taste was 5 stars, service was 2 stars. I came here alone on may 25th. I've ordered spicy pork ramen and shrimp asparagus skewer. Broth was tasty and great. Affordable price for the huge portion. It has to be 21+ to enter. I may came in the wrong time, it was raining outside, but it wasn't super busy either. Anyway, the waitress ignored me like 3 to 4x, she literally knew I was ready to order and pay for in the end. I had to waved at whoever pass by, finally got someone came by and get the card. He was the one that took my order and get my check. He came when I flagged to pay and then he asked if I want to order dessert, I would if whoever came by earlier. Anyway, I might be back next time.

The place was cozy and ambiance was really nice. Food was delicious and we especially enjoyed the chicken with sesame. It got packed right away when we were about to go, It seems like this is a popular place for a ramen fix. We really enjoyed it here.
