This time we have seen the best and all the things all the things are the best and i loves all the food
Cupbop is one of the best food trucks. You will find it Solo around town or in a wagon circle at a school or community event. The food never disappoints. Make sure to top it off with mondos. The staff is great and treats you as a friend.
FOR THE VALLEY FAIR MALL LOCATION
Slightly entertaining, slightly spicy and more than slightly flavorful but delicious all the same.
Cupbop is a nice diversion from the ordinary Korean with dinner-in-a-cup.
First you choose your poison by choosing your base, rice, noodle or lettuce.
Then you pick a flavorful protein: chicken, pork, beef, tofu and other toppings.
Last comes the spice level, which they slather on lavishly.
Choose wisely here my friends! Make them stop if you must!
This particular part of the preparation determines whether or not you if you will enjoy or be paying for the mean rest of the evening, ( if you know what I mean).
Once you have your Cup in hand, feel free to sit down and enjoy the slightly loud and youthful environment while you dine.
Most of the decor is on the ceiling, which is rather fun to look at, well at least inside the location at the Valley Fair Mall, and it's kind of fun two enjoy your bowl of Korean bbq while watching the fountains just outside the window or from the patio also.
I can see how this place could easily become a favorite for West Valley residents or Mall shoppers.
Definitely edible for fast food k-fusion bbq!
Something you should check out. I definitely recommend that you should try it at least once.
Cupbop is my favorite restaurant/food truck of all time. One thing I love about them is there 1-10 heat scale! It lets me get the perfect amount of heat I want!
My son brought me to a food truck rally where there are dozens of choices, and he recommended this one. And he was right--it's really good. The spicy cup is great. But be prepared, you'll spend a lot for a small-ish serving size. I'd prefer "bowlbop" at the same price point.
Great service & the food is fantastic. Spice Rating of a 6 is definitely my limit. But didn't make it unbearable (at least for me) so I could still taste the deliciousness of the food. Plus when you're prideful and don't take a bag for your food, then proceed to spill your food right in front of the restaurant as you try to ride off on your bike... they are super nice and replace the cup! Moral of the Review: Eat at Cupbop, be happy and always take a bag (:
Cupbop is awesome! We love this truck, the awesome Korean pop music they have blaring, and the food is awesome. Love getting the spicy bowl and the dumplings are super good. Such a fun place to visit!
Flavorful sauces. I tried the combo, with beef, pork, and bean-thread noodles. The meats were okay, but overcooked and grainy, like they'd been simmered and held rather than grilled. Noodles were noodles. I don't really like mixing rice and noodles, but that's just me.
The bowl came with several sauces on top. Looked like a couple of chile-based sauces, which had real funky-spicy depth of flavor, along with a creamy chile-mayo sort of thing, and a darker soy sauce(?). The sauces made the dish. Once stirred in, it was quite good.
Service was very fast.
Just wish the meats tasted fresher (yeah, tough to do in a quick-service model, but...).
We finally caught up with CupBop!!! We had been chasing this truck for weeks.. Amazing!!! It is the best food truck in Utah. When you order, let them choose.. You won't be disappointed! The spice level is perfect the meat is cooked perfect. The only problem is you will be craving CupBop at 3:00am in the morning so order 2!! Great job guys way to put SLC on the map for Great Korean BBQ!!! "Shhhh... Just eat!"
Had bi-bop hot version while i was on lunch at outdoor retailer. Served large cups and food was full of flavor. Man I wish they had something like this where I lived. No offense to other food trucks but I think I will be eating here everyday here. Highly recommend these guys! Saulgoodman
I'll just be honest about the food. It was decent. There were a few things that stopped me from being a 5 star review.
1. The rice in the bowl was way overdone. To me it had a similar consistency to minute rice and for 14 dollars for a bowl, the rice should be worth it
2. The pork was a bit on the dry side but the flavor was good
3. The kimchi was killer however the side that comes with the meal is like 3 bites and that's a no go.
Overall a decent amount of food, slightly overpriced but still worth the trip
I really love food here was very good i dont often go korean places but the se One its a really good one
i love it so much. I was hungry like wolf and when i ordered combo bop it was sooo huge, so i ate half of bop cause i was already so full. It's delicious here, and i liked atmosphere. So come here and eat your best lunch or dinner guys.
Good vibes and lots of extra snacks to purchase. Large portions. Ordered the sauce on the side
The food is amazing! Only complains is the lack of ramen ladle and the service time was a bit slow. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
I liked everything, it was so delicious, very satisfying and appetizing. Nice atmosphere and service. I put 10/10.
Nice options for different tastes, decent portion sizes.
BAILEY was awesome for picking us up out the cold into the establishment! He recommended all the best things and we are very satisfied with out lunch today. we are from out of town just walking around looking for something good. I appreciate you bailey! Your awesome will definitely be visiting here when we come back into town! 🤙🏼❤️
I love the food here! It is so delicious. More importantly, the staff is friendly, helpful and low pressure.
Ordered extra noodles with the ramen, came in an extra bowl/cup. Expected it to be part of the actual meal and cooked with it since the extra noodles were "fused" together.
