I went to their Cottonwood Heights branch few times for breakfast, but it was my first time to this location. Went there for lunch with a few of my friends. From outside the place didn’t look very big, but I was surprised when went in. It was specious and had lots of natural lights. The staffs were very friendly & attentive. Our server (sorry forgot her name) was checking on us every couple of minutes & always had a smile on her face. We ordered the Chicken Nacho as appetizer, and I had the Poblano Steak pasta...both were good. Finding a parking spot was a pain though, but I it’s so conveniently located near the U...the students/teachers/staffs/guests can just walk or use the shuttle to go there.

Very welcoming atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The manager even stopped to see how i liked my dessert. Food was excellent! Ravioli was very flavorful, creamy and delicious! I had the oreo cake for dessert and it is amazing! And definitely big enough to share among 2 or 3 people. Highly recommend! Even if you walk 2 miles to check it out like I did.

Porcupine Pub & Grill is an old fire station converted into a pub. The interior has a great vibe. We found the staff to be exceptional. We were greeted by Sonny and he was happy to make a space for us on the patio. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive. The meals were great. My order came out wrong, but they were quick to correct it without any fuss at all. If there is a downside, it is lack of parking, but that is the case with all of the businesses in that area. Definitely recommend and will return.

I've wanted to eat here for a number of years, albeit the original location, but never did until friends had us met them at the 1300 East location. This is a really cool place as a refurbished fire station as the setting. A truly beautiful building. I had the Wahoo Tacos which were delicious, though I'll definitely try something different next time; i hear the enchiladas are amazing. But don't let those choices scare you off, this isn't a Mexican food only restaurant. Seafood, Steak, Salad, and other things here. Appetizers were delicious and filling.

Had a blast celebrating at Porcupine Pub & Grille! It's an old firehouse converted into an amazing restaurant. Full bar with a great beer selection (no high octane though). The food and atmosphere are good but you absolutely have to try the Carrot Cake! Made by their in house Baker!

I've eaten at Porcupine a handful of times, both at the Cottonwood location and the Firehouse one near the U of U campus. Each time I've gone, the food and service has been great, this time included. Our server was Spencer and he was on the ball with all our needs, and even made a suggestion, or two that we followed through on. I got the BBQ Pizza and had pineapple added, while my wife got the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich. We both shared a bit of each others food and couldn't decide which one we enjoyed more. Porcupine is a place that we'll keep coming back to.

They moved! I must admit, I loved the old train station location but apparently last year's earthquake forced them to leave that location. The new location trades the train station vibe for very nice old fire station vibe. Very clean, nice mix of old an modern and the remembered to bring the "taco lady"! Food was very good and plenty of it! The salsa was a good as I remember it being... nice and fresh! We'll definitely go back!

Came here for lunch on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised that they were doing brunch and had eggs Benedict with salmon. It was amazing! The establishment was very clean and well kept. The waitress was very friendly, full of smiles, and very attentive. I'll definitely be visiting again!

Another tried and true fave on my list for weekend brunches, takeout lunches, or any casual meals. My go to is usually their mushroom soup or chicken noodle soup during the fall/winter season. Either of their locations is a fun place to chill with friends and have drinks while devouring delicious food. Their service is fast and friendly. Not Nobu by any means but I’m not paying those prices either.

Pretty good experience here, they have a large selection of great brunch options and the atmosphere is awesome, they had several tvs all over with March madness on. Our server was very friendly and personable and made some suggestions of places to go in SLC as we were here on vacation. The only ding I have is the food took a long time to come out, otherwise, tasty food, friendly service, and good food.
