I love Taco Bell but not the one on 644 E Alisal Salinas. I was there at 1:14pm on 2/13/14. They got my order wrong. I asked them to exchange the untouched items. They would not. I asked if I can make another purchase. They ignored me. When I told my friends about this, they all said they had bad experiences there also.

Trying to place an order.. they said their a kiosk.. what happened to customer service. At least give me the option.They made it odd. Plus I want to order what I normally get.. but the order bot. Gives you odd option.. the more I look the less I want to stop by..

This taco bell is the slowest. The longest I've ever had to wait for fast food.....every time I go here.....ugh!!

It's a great place to go and eat if your ever hungry for tacos. The food is great and the employee are amazing. The only problem is that it is a small place so good luck finding a seat on a packed day. 4/5, would totally recommend.

Ovwrall food was decent but 3 stars because the bean burrito with sour cream was a pathetic joke. It was smaller then the $1 beef burrito, had dried beans, a tiny spot of sour cream, and the tortilla was wrapped over itself several times. It was almost all tortilla.

To slow for a drive thru to the point that even the drive thru employee seems to wonder why it takes so long to make three crunchy tacos

We can't eat beans like literally and we repeated the order 4 times and they understood. We get home and there's beans. I try to call and their phones off the line..
