Dining at Rancho Cielo is always a satisfying and inspiring experience! The menu (food and wine) offers delicious options at an amazing value. Each course shines. I loved that many of the ingredients for the dishes are locally sourced (and we have great local wines, of course). You cannot find better service, friendliness, or a more compelling mission...helping young people succeed...ANYWHERE..I highly recommend dining at Ranch Cielo😁👍🏼!

They need to offer STEM programs not job training for low wage jobs. Anyone can get a chef and construction job through their uncle without having to go through training in RC. In reality, they just keep youth where they are at and collect the donated money to create jobs for the employees "working" there.

My dad used to work here when it was called The boys ranch. As a kid I used to ride my bike there to the pond with a makeshift fishing pole trying to catch fish great childhood memories there while my father was employed at The boys ranch

Such a beautiful location! You can't beat the view and setting. The food prepared by the students is always yummy and very affordable. The dining room is rustic and warm in atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit. Call ahead for dates and times when they re serving dinner.
