Our food came back a bit wrong but clay (red/pink hair not sure if I got his name right) was so kind to us and fixed our food so quickly! It was so busy and he was so calm and nice even tho I was hangry! Great employee! The lady who took our order was very nice too. Great employees that all deserve a raise to be handle as many people as they were!

Haven’t been here in 7 months. I got my food within 5 minutes during the dinner rush and everything was warm and correct. Even gave me ranch from the kitchen when they were completely out. Good job guys, keep up the hard work.

I am going to give 4 stars for customer service. They seem to be out of absolutely everything tater tots lettuce tomatoes pickles Etc. The young lady at the mic handles this with a smile and a sincere apology. Grace under pressure. I'm sure she heard a lot of complaints but treated us like we were the first customer of the day.

5 cars went through the drive though while I at in a lane. I sat in a lane for 20 minutes waiting to order before I left. What a joke. You can see how slow it was and they still couldn’t manage to take my order.

Ordered at a stall, waited 30min, then called to place my order and they told me to go through the drive through to order. I left, next day I tried the drive through, wait 5min without the line moving. The truck in front of me got out of line and thought I better do the same.

Not sure what happened, but three adults were very hungry and chose this location first, but after being ignored for 10 minutes of flashing kiosk que, we were then queried for our our order, which failed 3 times at, 1 breakfast burrito with no meat, add onions. Then we were put on hold again and after 5 minutes, we took our hunger to McDonalds. The place looked attractive, though.

Honestly if there was a zero star option, That would be my rating. I waited at this place for an hour and 30 minutes! Ordered through the mobile app and didn’t receive my food till 30 minutes after and yet 15 minutes before said the food was on the way? Once I received the food it was cold and order was wrong. They missed a couple items so I told them they missed it. The workers then tell me it will be right out and waited 30 minutes. Another car waited 35 minutes and left and all they ordered was an ice cream cone and shake! 10 minutes after that car leaves worker comes out to give the order to the car and she gets mad because they left. I DON’T recommend.

We came here looking for ice cream and they were out of most of the flavors we wanted. The tables outside were disgusting the we didn’t want to sit down, there was also trash and discarded food all offer the ground. The trash cans were overflowing. When they brought out food, the server didn’t know which ice cream was which. The cup had more ice cream on the outside than in the cup, making our hands sticky. Would not recommend.
