Went there last night to celebrate mine and my husband 3 year anniversary, from the moment we walked in we were treated like family. The food was amazing and big portions and they have a long selection of wine. We had no complaints. The restaurant does require a reservation. Thank you to the wonderful staff who made our anniversary so special

Awesome place to have a nice dinner! Food was excellent as was the service. The bartender Lory makes the best tiramisu martini! We come to Salida once or twice a year and we always make sure we eat here.

This was one of my favorite restaurants on our whole Colorado vacation. The bison ravioli was amazing. Definitely make reservations as they fill up quickly. Also, even they though are on the pricey side, you get so much food for said price

Awesome little restaurant, the food was awesome. We had 2 types of oysters and the sausage and peppers appetizers and they were all delicious. There meatballs were incredibly good as was the parmesan chicken. The wait staff was very attentive and great at their jobs. Love the small family restaurant feel of the place!

This place was very busy for a Thursday night however, they made accommodations and got us a table right away! Our server Lauren was probably the nicest server I’ve ever met. The grilled oysters, clam linguine, and bison ravioli were delicious! We will defiantly come back here again.

My girlfriend and I travel extensively, and live in Denver. I used to be a professional chef, and could not give Ferraro’s a more glowing recommendation for its food. While it is on the high side for Salida, if you were to get the same type of food in Denver, it would easily be 50% more. The fact that they hand make all of their noodles, even the spaghetti, put this place over the edge. Don’t miss the mushroom polenta. We got the 50-50 spaghetti and meatballs and sausage, but subbed spaghetti for linguine. A smart move we think. This is not Michelin fair, but honest home cooked Italian food in a small, rustic environment. Make reservations.

The stuffed trout is amazing! Our server was kind and attentive. Our deserts were some of the best deserts we’ve had at a restaurant. We always go for special occasions but it was just a regular night that felt special. The bartender is also super sweet. We made reservations same night with no problems. Highly recommended!! It’s a friendly, casual restaurant we’ve always loved!

This place is really cute. Very small. Making a reservation is highly recommended. I went for my birthday. We saw them turning away people that didn't have one since the restaurant is so small. Food is really good! They make their pasta fresh daily so, you can't go wrong there. The caesar salad dressing has horseradish which I wasn't used to & didn't taste the best. Salads also overdressed. I had the 4 cheese lasagna which was really good! Service is a little slow...took us over an hour to get our main course & with a 4 year old that was tough. Overall it was a good birthday dinner. We would eat here again.

06.30.2023 Must make reservations. It is very, very small inside. Everyone is super nice. Food is pricey, but what isn't. We ate with tip for $90, and there were just 2 of us Food portions are HUGE. I don't eat a lot, and it was a waste for me bc I wound up throwing the food away....too much. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, just a lot The bread was dense and tasty. The butter was rock solid hard (cold). I would've liked to have soft butter as it didn't spread and tore the bread up The pasta sauce was good, but way too much on the spaghetti. It was drowned in sauce, and the pasta was too el dente. There needs to be a little less oil in the sauce, please This was our first time there while we were on vacation, and we would go back possibly again I do recommend, but stating my experience only. Give them a try and I'm sure you'll like it!!
