Slow service, language barrier while communicating, and at least 50% of the time they make mistakes on your order and then act as if your inconveniencing them when returning the wrong items to them and asking to exchange them for the correct items you ordered. The manager needs to remind her employees and herself rule #1! "THE CUSTOMERS ALWAYS RITE". Especially when they are. Americas first language is English, if your bilingual that's great and I respect that, but if your only able to speak and understand Espanol or Portuguese, but you know how to say a few English words, that's not bilingual. Put some type of testing in place, or put a True bilingual employee on the drive through window.
