One of the better Starbuck's I've been to. Extensive seating area with very pleasant outdoor seating, and a floor plan that is very conducive to group meetings. Friendly staff and clean facilities, if I lived in Salem I'd work here all the time.

This Starbucks on Commercial Street in beautiful Salem is a exceptional example of friendliness, and cleanliness offering an upscale experience for the customer. The partners made me feel welcomed and appreciated making my espresso drink taste so lunch better for coffee always taste better with a smile and they gave me more than one. This is also a unique store layout with plenty of room to experience personal space by yourself and with your friends. Outdoor seating is available when the weather is Oregon perfect so please take advantage of the good times at Starbucks and the new Oregon lifestyle for it can make you a new person with every Starbucks visit.

My caramel macchiato drink was great and I can get it made with almond milk since I am lactose intolerant. The cashier was friendly and let me know cold drinks are 50% off on Tuesdays.

The staff are so kind. Got harassed by two different men while I trying to do homework (this Starbucks is definitely my go to place) and the staff handled it expertly. Good service good space good time good prices. 11/10 recommend
