Fun to go to a family style, family run restaurant. Best fried chicken. Wish I'd have had room for dessert because the lemon meringue pie sounded yummy. Glad we went Sunday before they closed for a family vacation. Have a great time off.

Tasty country diner, excellent value. The liver dumplings were an unexpected treat. Chicken was tender and tasty. If you don't want 3 pieces, you can order a smaller 2 piece portion. Sunday dinner was 9.25 and includes all sides pictured, plus salad.

After an out of town volleyball game for my daughter on our way out we wanted to stop for something to eat before the drive home. We found this incredible little restaurant on accident but wow was I glad we did. We walked in and took a seat and our drink orders were taken immediately. We were the only people in the restaurant which as you can imagine made me wonder if this was a bad decision. Looking through the menu and seeing the selections available my eyes immediately stopped on the prime rib. It came out cooked per perfection and a baked potato that was fully cooked and hot! Good value for the money here and great food.

Love this place. Offers low cost lunch specials that are great tasting. The staff is courteous. If you're visiting Ste. Genevieve, this is a restaurant you need to try.
