First time here at this bar in Ste. Gen. Had a wonderful experience with the owner Mike, who does it all including bartender and Cook! Non-smoking, very clean and updated, outside patio in front, and very good burgers and onion rings. Check it out if you come to Ste. Gen!

We stopped in town for breakfast at a local again that was closed. The guy leaving our group took us to McDonalds. In the parking lot i told him this would not do. I like MCD's but was in the mood for more serious food. I asked a local walking by what he recommended for a great local experience. He said there was nothing finer than Buddy's Place. He couldn't be more right! Looking forward to my next early morning trip for breakfast!

We were first time customer's there. Very nice people. Very Very good food. My boyfriend and I had burgers and fries one of the best burgers I have had in a long time. Now he compares all burger against Buddy's and he says not as good of a burger as we had at Buddy's last week...would recommend eating there...

Thanksgiving buffet was great. Food was kept fresh, it was tasty -- though we all have our own liver dumpling preference, don't we??--and I was amazed at the price. With delicious pie for dessert and a soft drink for right about $15. Thanks, Buddy's!

The first time I visited was great. Their buffet wasn't very varied but it had good food, and what can you really expect from a small restaurant? However, the second time I was there, me and my family ordered our food. Despite being one of the only tables open, it took a full hour for them to get us our food- and the orders were wrong in multiple places. The food has no presentation, and is just thrown together. On another note, it was very cold in the dining room yet warm in the bathroom- my grandfather said he wanted to eat in there so he could be warm. Overall, I can say I would go again, but only if I got the buffet.

This was the third time at Buddy's, it's always clean, the people are always friendly and helpful. The buffet is fresh the salad is romaine. They have a small bar that I eat at, and you can have a cold beer. Come on down, give BUDDY'S a try
