Old Brick House

Every visit at this restaurant has always been positive..and I mean for years that I have gone here, our family and friends also. Always good. Unfortunately, this last visit was a bust. Mostly the staff ( not all) but the ones I was in contact with were very laccidazical for a " lack" of a better word. And sadly, we did not enjoy our visit. Lots of noise coming from kitchen staff . The other customers were also neglected. The customers actually complained to each other about the service when staff wasn't in the dining room. There were ,at the most, 5 tables filled - at any given time. So not busy at all. I really never had this experience before. I sure hope they take these reviews seriously. The food is excellent. But we all know and love when your service is in the great category too. I (we) were very disappointed. We did tip anyways -but I think we should not have.

The food was scrumptious!! 😋 The salad bar was clean and the items on it were fresh! There had been a young baseball team along with their families, who had been just prior to our arrival. It was really busy and we waited a bit to be served after ordering, but Jackie did a very nice job of taking care of us! We will definitely be back to eat again!

Me and my family ate dinner here this evevning and I was so not inprest first off our Waitress was very rude from the time we walked into the door to the time we left. Then we had to wait 15 minutes just to get our dranks. While we waited for our dranks we went and got our food. They had fried chicken and Kettle beef on a buffet and there wasn't any chicken until we where getting ready to leave and the kettle beef was empty to so all we was really able to eat was the sides. So I I went to pay and they tried to rip me off. So I DO NOT thank I will be going there again.
