Overall and for the majority of the time this store is great. Food tastes great and fresh. Midday staff are friendly and great. There’s been a few times when ordering online they didn’t have certain items or ingredients available. The first time this happened they didn’t call or attempt to contact me before I showed up to pick up. The second time, someone called and it was taken care of. This last time was very disappointing. Online order was placed. 25 minutes later I showed up at the store to pick up the sandwich just to find out they were out of the bread I wanted. There was only 2 customers in line when I arrived, both who had just walked in before I did. So I ended up having to wait in line and reorder my online order. The staff didn’t know what I had ordered. Pretty disappointing. Avoid placing online orders at this location because you’ll end up having to stand in line and order again.

This is probably the best subway that I’ve ever been into. The staff in the morning / early afternoon is probably staffed with the nicest people I’ve ever talk to. They all are so friendly it’s almost ridiculous. And the quality of the subs are excellent.

Had the Blt 6" sandwich. Tasty, but needed more bacon. Veggies were fresh and tasty.
Wanted iced tea on the 101* St. PAUL day, but there was none to be had. Manager did say they were getting ready to serve it again. I'm guessing Covid had something to do with that.

The young lady working at this location very nice and polite. She greeted me as soon as I walked into the store and took my order. My bread was warm and fresh. The customer service was great. The worker also told me about the location deals on subs. I would definitely go back to this location.

The two women working there were unbelievably friendly and fast. I was running late for a meeting and almost walked out when I saw the line but they were so fast it all worked out. Really nice experience.

The two young ladies working this shift was awesome. Always courteous, greets every customer entering, and thanks them for coming when they leave. I've never had a bad experience at this location.

Was asked what I wanted before we even made it to the counter. Employee was trying to go so fast he put ranch on my sub when I did not ask for it. He also put the wrong ingredients on the other sub when I told him twice what I wanted. Not only was it disruptive how loud they were but now we know what there weekend plans are. The employees lack basic understanding of what costumer service means. Manager needs to look into finding new employees. Will not visit again.

The staff is great. The meat is very scimpy, the meatballs are half the size of before with less. The amount of tuna is very little and regulated.
