Hero is your classic meaty delicious sub. A big hit on taste and here I doubled the meat and the presentation gets alittle bit messy, but worth it. Disappointed at the small tables for dine in, and not setup well for Covid. I would recommend either a delivery or a to-go order.

pretty good food, but check your order. usually 15-20 minute wait. delicious sandwiches. clean bathrooms and restaurant on my visit. looks well cleaned and maintained.

If you want good customer service go elsewhere! Ordered a large order online for pick up for work sent one of the guys to go get it comes back and the soup cup was 1/4 full just called to ask if that was how they do it and the lady who identified herself as the manager very rudely says we do not have the right bowls so that is what you get and hung up on me. Spend your money elsewhere!

If you want to order online more than 3 sandwiches, plan on not getting them.
This is the second time we have tried ordering a business lunch through their online portal. Each time we were met with resistance and no effort to get us our food on time. We are a small business only ordering 12 subs at 10:45 for a 12:00 pick up. We got a call saying they could not fulfill our order because the catering orders need to be placed 24hrs in advance, and they already had another order they were working on (this 24 hr. policy is not stated anywhere on their website.) I asked for a refund if they could not complete our order in time. The employee on the phone said they needed the physical card to issue a refund, which we do not have since it is for a business lunch, and the rep is buying it for us. We will not attempt to order from here again and will go to Jimmy John's instead.

The girls working the lunch rush were on top of it and doing it with a smile. Quality was top notch and they were pumping out sandwiches quickly. This was great to see when you only get 30 mins for lunch.

The doordash ap was updated to include boxes to check for desired toppings. The sandwich came with two toppings I didn't want and had unchecked those boxes and did not have the added toppings. Sandwich was a huge disappointment. It also was not made and my dasher had to wait for a long time. I feel like it was a giant waste of $20

We were at this location for over an hour and it was not busy at all. The food was mediocre because the sandwiches weren't put together the greatest. The cleanliness was also subpar. I saw this pile if trash right outside the men's room in back and it sat there the entire time we were there, as I said before it wasnt busy at all, one of the workers was even flipping through the channels on the tv when were leaving...

Sub were good... Then got a call from Dept of Health that customers had got food poisoning that day. Thankfully, we did not get sick, but we will not frequent this restaurant again.
